I ordered pizza Saturday to be delivered to a hotspot on campus, not realizing until after I had placed the order that the roads would soon be closed off due to the big game. The poor delivery girl, Karen (I hope thats her name) was trying so hard to get to me and I was trying to find her to make the trip easier on her but bc all of the roads were blocked off reaching me on campus just wasn't going to happen. To try to make it easier on her I suggested that she deliver the pizza to our friends house away from campus, which she did! All the while staying in constant contact with me, being so sweet and apologetic, even though it was to no fault of her own!! When I asked her how I could tip her, she refused to allow me to tip her. (As someone who works in the service industry, this doesnt sit well with me!!) When I tried to get the correct address so I could drop a tip off for all of her trouble, she said she was only helping at this location and was not her home base and that there was no way to get it to her. Once we got home, she had also left the sweetest note, again apologizing and stating a tip was not necessary! Even though we got home to eat an hour after delivery, it was the best experience with Domino's I've ever had! The customer service and dedication was just something you dont get anymore!! I will always call this location while Im in town. I can't thank this location enough and especially our driver. I hope someone from this location or cooperate sees this comment, praises her for all she did and then can possibly help me to be able to give this girl the proper tip she deserves!!! Thank...
Read moreThis was by far the worst customer experience of my life! I have been in the retail, the food industry, and the service industry my whole life. My order was supposedly under “quality control” under Krystal for an hour and fifteen minutes. When I called to see what was going on with my order, Krystal answered the phone, and was as rude as possible. She said she didn’t have the workers to keep up with the orders; which I completely understand. However, when I simply asked why they were still taking orders, or at least letting the customers know it may be over two hours to receive their orders, she hung up on me. When I called back, I was told Krystal was as high up in management as a complaint could go within that store. I was told they could try to get someone within Regional Management to give me a call in the near future. I will never order food from Dominos again. I know I won’t hurt their sales; however, it shows all those commercials about Domino’s commitment to customer service, is all a...
Read moreMy husband and I ordered tonight for delivery. The store called and said they don’t deliver to the Howard Johnson hotel due to security concerns. I kindly asked them if I could change the delivery address to another location. I was told no absolutely no way possible. I didn’t understand why due to the fact that there is now a “hot spot delivery” drop location available now online. The male employee raised his voice as he was making up any excuse as to why I could not change the location. I even asked if I could just change the order and reorder the items with a different address. There’s was a silent pause. The employee Caitlin then got on the phone raising her voice rudely saying over and over again how they won’t do anything to help fix the issue and how she’s going to cancel the order. I’m totally disgusted by her behavior And she’s supposedly the manager on duty at this location. I’m sorry, but if you’re not going to do your job and act accordingly then maybe you should find...
