Walk in service is horrible, they are quick to take your order and money and then you are ignored, I usually get 1 coffee and 1 donut, I will stand and wait for my coffee while they take care of the drive thru, I have asked if that is my coffee sitting by the coffee machine I am told no than after a few more minutes someone will hand me the same cup of coffee that I was told was not mine. It is very rare to get good service. I have witnessed a certain employee insult another employee and she has done this a few different times, I guess she thinks she is perfect, very sad to have to work in that environment. One time the girl charged me for a iced coffee when I order a hot coffee when I asked to be refunded the difference the manager said it's only 32 cents difference you really want me to refund that to you she was not...

Dunkin’ Donuts has awesome Munchkins and coffee. We also really enjoy their “big donuts,” as my 4 year old likes to call them. We’ve tried many of their donuts. The two drinks I recommend are the Mocha Latte and the Sunrise Mixed Iced coffee. Both are fabulous. As far as donuts go, you won’t go wrong with a chocolate cake or blueberry cake donut. My wife really enjoys the creamed filled donuts. The apple cream filled is pretty great. You can always go with a classic donut and choose either glazed or chocolate glazed (which is one of my favorites). The munchkins come in several styles too. We usually pick an assortment or go with chocolate and blueberry. You can also ask them to glaze the munchkins as well. When this location first opened it was 5 stars all around. However, in the past year I have not had 1 order filled exactly as I ordered it. It's either a completely different item than what I ordered, made entirely wrong, or burned to the point of being inedible. While they are happy to remake the order or offer a refund, it's extremely inconvenient. As I normally order via the mobile app, I am trying to save time on my morning commute. In the past year I've placed more than 50 orders at this Dunkin location. That's 50+ orders I've had to pay for that were made incorrectly. Other locations do not seem to have this issue.
