Just reading the rude unprofessional replies to the negative reviews people have left is amazing..... Will never go here. All the negative reviews are similar and all the rude replies from who ever answers them for Eddie's (I love the demand to remove them) truth is the people working there and apparently who ever answers these are not customer friendly, rude and unprofessional. Customer service is worse than the food that is in all honesty is mediocre at best. I have been in the food industry for over 22 years. From a cashier, to cook to manager, this place needs an overhaul.
Unfortunately I can not respond to the person who responded to my rating. The review system is fine. I think you got your percentages mixed up. The reviews are consistently bad. You must keep new employees. And rude ones at that. You make excuses for the poor service and mediocre food instead of using the reviews as constructive criticism and using it as a too on how to better your business. Being defensive to people who have negative experiences.... That isn't how you do business. Your apparently blind to what every one leaving negative comments are saying.... Am I the only one who finds that almost all reviews say pretty much the same thing? This as a manager or owner... Whatever you are... Should be a wake up call on what to fix about your business. Instead you make excuses and do nothing to fix the problems. I understand finding good employees is sometimes hard but employees are only as good as their manager and there is always someone who needs a job. If someone can't follow your standards set them free and replace them. Sorry but you can't tell me this BS like I said I have many years experience and that experience tells me you need to get your company under control and be nice to the people who come in and if they have an issue don't call them a lair. They are what makes it breaks your business. That then we'll even if they had a bad experience and your more likely to get them to try you again. Own mistakes is better than making excuses. You obviously care what people think it you wouldn't answer reviews however your not changing anything but making excuses and insulting the people you need to come eat their so you can stay in business. Make changes, make things better and I will try you again. Your reviews will reflect what you do consistently. Yeah there is always one or two that are full of it but not this many.... Read moreRude and unprofessional staff. I called in to order and the man taking my order was very impatient and sounded annoyed to be having to take an order over the phone. There were misunderstandings with what I ordered, so I called back (my order was never repeated back to me for confirmation, which did not help). They put me on hold for 7 minutes, so I decided to call from my friend's phone too and they answered the call almost immediately (possibly because they recognized my number). I felt so embarrassed because that same man rudely answered and made it very clear he thought I was just lying. I almost didn't even go in because I didn't want to be in such an uncomfortable situation. Normally, I would let mistakes go, but $10 for a wrong calzone is a lot. The worst part is when I got to Eddie's, the man on the phone saw me and began noticeably and audibly gossiping about my friend and I to another employee. It was incredibly embarrassing.
It's a shame because I actually really liked their calzones, but I will never order...
Read moreFirst off, I've ate the food and it is amazing. That's why I didn't put a one star. I'm an Uber eats driver and had an order here tonight. Walked in, saw no order ready so I asked the guy if it was in the oven. As usual he ignored me like he does every customer. I don't know his name and won't racially describe him but he was the only person in the store at 11:30 pm. So I walked out for a minute to wait, he comes outside then goes back in and locks the door. So I wait. Few minutes later I see him behind the counter so I called the store to find out why the door is locked. I watch the guy pick up the phone, look at it, and then sit it down and he sits down doing nothing. I had to cancel my order. This place does good but could do even better if Eddie got rid of the horrible staff member that everyone complains about. I've seen it several times and it's always the same guy that doesn't belong working around customers. Please don't leave me a pointless response. Just fix...
