Visited this bar for the first time tonight. In town from out of state and was looking for a local small bar with live music. Upon ordering our first drinks the bartender was extremely rude and told us that this was not an establishment be encouraged loud or rambunctious Behavior. Dog-friendly! Great little bar and venue, right down from the 40 watt club. just watch out for the old dudes that can't figure out how to lock the bathroom doors, lol. Moderately priced drinks, staff is friendly and professional, well-kept and clean. The sound on the music side is excellent, and the sound guy was great. Our show was on a cold and rainy Thursday night, and there seemed to be another concert going on down the block. Lots of foot traffic going by, but only 10-ish regulars on the bar side. This place is usually solid. Only reason I give it a one star is because there’s one younger girl bartender there (red head) that has a TERRIBLE attitude problem. As soon as you walk in and order a drink, she rolls her eyes and has a look of disgust on her face like she’s doing you a huge favor. I saw her belittle another patron once about how he dressed by saying “you don’t look like you belong here” because he wasn’t in townie attire I guess?
