As a business owner myself; this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I placed a order online at 5:53 PM on 12/11/2021 and set up the tracker to track the order. At 5:54 OM they received the order; at 6:12PM it showed the order was out for Delivery. At 7:02 PM; I still had not received delivery of my order. I then called and spoke (supposedly) to the manager. She stated they only had one driver and she lost her keys and they were behind on orders. I then asked when she expected the order to be delivered and she couldn’t tell me. She stated she was doing deliveries and had 10 orders to deliver. I then asked if my order was one of the ten; and she could tell me if it was or was not. I waited till 7:30Om and still NO DELIVERY! I finally got in my car and drove 2.0 miles to the Jimmy John’s on Baxter Street. When I went inside and explained that I never received delivery of my order that was placed at 5:53 PM and would like them to make it, the MANAGER was very rude and said it was not her fault. I then stated that she could have called myself and every other person that placed an order for delivery and told them the situation and offered to keep the order in the system, cancel the order or offer a credit for the next time I wanted to place an order. The MANAGER very rudely responded that she did not have time to call everyone. I then stated that her not having time to provide good customer service to a customer; just cost her a customer and that I will never do business with them again. Read moreI usually love Jimmy John’s - they’re fast and tasty. But lately I’ve had trouble ordering from this one in particular. About 2 weeks ago I ordered through the app for delivery. They delivered my food but brought the wrong chips. I called and asked if I could get refunded since those weren’t the chips I requested and they said they couldn’t refund me but would kindly bring me the correct ones - which never came. Today, I went to the drive thru after submitting a mobile order like I’ve done numerous times. I told them at the speaker that I had a mobile order and the gentleman asked me to pull around to the window. After waiting behind 3 cars, I finally make it up to the window. The gentleman there did not greet me just looked at me with confusion. I repeated I had a mobile order, very unsure what to say at this point. He then told me I had to come inside and get my order off of the pickup counter. In the days of COVID, company’s policies are changing daily so I understand that this may have changed, but I wish it was relayed to me before I waited in the drive thru line. Once I get inside my order wasn’t on the pickup counter. The employees asked me the name and when I told them they looked confused. They had given my order to a customer in the drive thru!! Read moreBaxter St AHN - I was disappointed in my sandwich (Vito, Italian) quality. It was skimpily filled; meat, cheese almost non-existent, one thin slice of tomato, weak oil-vinegar dressing; the sandwich was mostly bread. A good starvation diet. The College Station-Barnett Shoals restaurant serves a superior sandwitch. Also, the work staff looked like they had just crawled out of bed, still wearing the clothes they had slept in. A slovenly crew, at best. The manager should, at least, insist that they look better than their customers. Friendly service, but unimpressive. I requested that our two sandwiches be cut in half, which they did. The server handed my sandwiches back to me, with one sandwich in his right hand, the other sandwich and an 8 inch bread knife still in his left hand, and came very close to slicing my right knuckles as he presented them. All in all, an interesting visit, but certainly now on my 'last resort' list. I have always liked JJ's (not this store) for a good sandwitch and value, but this visit was a regretable experience....
