Manhattan Cafe — Restaurant in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

One bartender on 1/24 at 11:50 pm gave the worst service I have ever witnessed. I saw a group of 2 girls walk in and try to order drinks, and unfortunately for them, this bartender was BELLIGERENTLY drunk behind the bar. She threw the IDs back at the ladies, as well as their credit card. She stumbled around and slurred her words while trying to make a beverage and spoke loudly and rudely about them once they sat down after getting their drinks.
