I recently ordered food from this restaurant located at 700 Baxter Street, and I was highly disappointed with their customer service. The delivery person only delivered half of my order, and when I contacted the store for assistance, they were not helpful. I had to contact Uber Eats, but they couldn't provide support for 6 to 12 hours. As a result, I had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the rest of my meal. Upon arrival, I had to wait for them to prepare the order again, which they did incorrectly, missing the red and green onions, not removing croutons, and using the wrong dressing.
This is not the first time I have experienced such a disappointing service from your restaurant. On two previous occasions, I have had to deal with missing items in my delivery. Once, my order was delivered without the drinks, leaving me with just empty cups in the bag. Another time, the crispy rice treat I had ordered was nowhere to be found. These incidents have not only been frustrating but have also caused significant inconvenience to me.
I find it hard to comprehend why, when the driver arrived and an employee stamped the receipt with 2+ bags, my entire order was not given to them. It is a simple task to ensure that the order is complete before it leaves the restaurant. The delivery driver should have to get the order from one of your employees to ensure the whole order is given to them. In the strongest possible terms, I want to request that the restaurant take immediate action to rectify this situation. Either hire more attentive staff or remove the tip option from your app's delivery order. This will not only prevent further instances of incomplete orders but also restore the trust of your customers.
