didn't personally buy anything here, but went in with a friend. i know they won't review, so i am on their behalf. they really enjoyed their shaved ice (pineapple, mango, guava), and the customer service was beyond wonderful. my friend dropped their spoon in the parking lot and i went back in to ask for a replacement, and they gave me one and took care of the dirty one, something i didn't expect them to do because i could've and would've walked to their indoor trash can. but that kind of kindness, especially when you don't know how nasty it could've been to take our trash from me but you did so without hesitation and a smile, that's quality customer service from a person who cares. or maybe i just need to touch grass, lol....

These 5 star reviews are all lies. I am very disappointed in my first snow cone from this location. It's perfectly shaved ice with lack of flavor. Such a waste of money. Pregnant women love ice but my taste buds received nothing. Maybe the previous reviews were by employees and family. I'm just being honest. Very rude staff member! Only one person working, which is understandable in this job market and stressful, but they weren't busy and she was extremely rude. Rushed us to place our order and pointed out that we needed to hurry up because she was working by herself, we were literally the only two people inside of the establishment.
