I try not to leave negative reviews, but this is one of the worst fast food locations ever. I have kept coming(over the span of 2 years) hoping things will improve, but every time my order is wrong(whether I order through the app or in person, I donāt make large or picky orders). They ignore you when you walk in to order(Iāve been ignored even when Iāve tried to say hi to get their attention), and the drive thru always takes forever even if youāre the 2nd person in line.
This time really was what pushed me to write this review. We ordered on the app, waited in the drive thru and get up to the speaker. Itās blacked out and we waited about 10min and said hi a couple times. We finally said to the speaker that we thought it was broken and would be pulling around to the window. Pulled up to the first window because we assumed the speaker must be broken, it wasnāt. She heard us talking and didnāt respond at all. The woman was absolutely out of line. She said we had to pull back in line(there were now 8 cars in line). We explained again we thought the speaker was broken but we have a mobile order thatās already paid for. She was extremely rude and said it didnāt matter and thereās only two people working and shut the window on us.
I understand food workers go through hell(I worked at a Taco Bell/kfc as my first job and other fast food chains for almost 10yrs), but this was totally unnecessary and they need a serious retraining and new management. It would have been literal hours if we had continued to wait at the speaker with no response or got back in line all over again. I have NEVER received such terrible service but it just keeps getting worse here.

I asked for all the toppings this time and understand the upcharge so didn't think $24.29 was suspicious for the total. I was given 1 box (no receipt), this has happened before and I was told by staff in the past they condensed the order into 1 box. I drove out of line and decided to check the order because the box felt lighter and it was just one order. I went back to the window and asked for the rest of my order, I was told it was rung in wrong and it should have been $21.50, for 1 taco and burrito party box with all the toppings and I could get the difference refunded. I needed 2 boxes so I asked for the 2nd without the extra toppings (tomato and sour cream aka supreme) because $9 seemed off for the upcharge. The manager charged me $12.42 for the 2nd box and said she would have the kitchen add toppings on the 2nd box to make up for the difference in the charge, could I pull into a stall and someone would bring it out. When I got the 2nd I checked all of the items again and didn't see tomato on any of them (1st or 2nd box). I drove to the front and was met by the manager who was speaking to someone outside. I told her that there were no tomatoes and I couldn't see sour cream and that at this point I don't want them just my money back. She said they don't do refunds and they could fix it but she only charged for tomato not sour cream so I would have to pay extra for sour cream?! She dug the original receipt (for the incorrectly rung order $24.29) out of the trash but couldn't show me the price for the supreme upcharge on a taco and burrito party box...? This all took an hour and the energy coming from the staff makes me feel like someone spit in my food. Horrible customer service and the worst experience I've ever had at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreseeing previous reviews of the last month, I am seeing my experience is no different. I placed a mobile order for the drive thru and sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before pulling up. Before I even got to the window the worker already had the window open and waiting for me so she knew I was there the whole time. She tried telling me āthere was a new policy that pick up orders were inside only.ā I told her there needed to be a sign or notification on the app or something if that was the case and went inside. I had my two year old with me so that is why I did drive thru in the first place. I got my food after being inside for five minutes and 3 separate things were missing. My drink, chips and cheese and wings. I told them and had to wait 5 more minutes for the rest of my food all my food being hot and fresh was out the window. I watched NUMEROUS people walk in and not be acknowledged by the staff. When they would be able to get the staffs attention they would make them order at the kiosk. This location is full of people who do not want to work and make you order your own food or come inside to get it. That is really hard for people with kids or even disabled people! You bet I called customer service to report it and I will be back to see if itās better and if not will be taking appropriate actions because we have to stand up for disabled or elderly people who need that assistance this location isnāt...
