We picked out a beautiful couch from this place, paid in full and they gave us a delivery date and time. I rearranged my schedule to be home during that time frame. At 9:05am that morning, they called to tell me there must have been a computer glitch and that somehow our couch did not end up on the truck. I completely understood that things happened and they rescheduled another delivery day for later in the week. Once again, I rearranged my busy schedule to be home for the delivery and at about 1:00pm had heard nothing from them, I took it upon myself to call and ask. They said that "a delivery boy had quit unexpectedly and that it would just be arriving later that afternoon". The couch never came. I called a third time and they said "oh my goodness, we just aren't sure what happened. Let me look into it" after waiting a few minutes on hold the old lady came back and said "it looks like its on backorder. Backorder? They scheduled two separate delivery dates and said it was on the truck that day for delivery to my home. Absolutely horrible company. Tamika (or whatever her name at the front desk is, didn't even ask for my name when I called. She had no idea who I was or what product I was waiting for. Clearly she isn't capable of answering phones, who put her in charge of large orders? Unqualified. We got our money back and will never recommend or purchase another thing from this company. And the old lady laughed and said "well things happen". Not the time to be laughing, y'all should have been apologizing over and over. I do hope this business goes down the drain soon, they don't have great reviews online. Lesson learned, I will ALWAYS trust reviews. We did go buy a better couch at Jordans, its just down the road on Atlanta Highway, and he was actually very professional, he wasn't just sitting his big butt on the couches like the lazy women of...

They have an obligation to delivery the furniture in the condition it was in the show room. āAs isā as interpreted by Farmerās Furniture seems to be they can deliver furniture in any condition and the customer has to accept it. My brother requested a very reasonable resolution. He wanted them to pick up the damaged furniture and give him a credit for $1200 to be spent on their store.
