Dunkin' — Restaurant in Athens Township

949 North Elmira St Sayre, PA 18840....is the worse DD ever. Your in line for at least a half hour, long lines and even when it's not long. They are so slow. Alot of people leave because how long you wait. I was in line for 40 minutes and there was 3 cars ahead of me. The funny thing is about this Dunkin Donuts is it was just remodeled and the speaker never works...you have to pull up to the window and order ..and OMG...they still get it wrong. Everyone there needs to be taught there job. Then if you want to talk to the manager...haha. .the blonde hair manager... shouldn't be there ..she only chats with all the men that goes there and if it's busy ..she doesn't stop talking to help the workers get caught up, she just keeps chatting...if you get mad....and finally get her attention...she will give you your drink for free. Yes it's nice to get things free these days...but is it worth it after sitting in the line for 25 minutes...NO! Most the time they have only 2 kinds of bagels and alot of times they taste like there from the day before..... the donuts are the same....they are never fresh. It's sad because alot of times we run to the Dunkin Donuts on Keystone Ave. There line has been getting rediculous... because everybody comes from the Dunkin on Elmira St. Dear Lord, Can someone get ahold of both Dunkin Donuts and teach everyone how to place orders, make them and get your orders right! Ok I know there are plenty of people around here think the same. Thank you for listening! Maybe they should send these letters to...

Wow!! Unbelievably wow is the only way to describe my experience. I ordered on the mobile app so that I could simply grab my order and go. 45 minutes sitting in the drive thru and I finally get some of my order. I ordered 2 drinks, a dozen donuts, and a 10 pack of munchkins. I received the 2 drinks, after the lady tried to give me one that was not what I ordered. When she finally made the correct drink, she gave me 2 cups of it since she didn't want to throw away the extra. She gave us an extra 7 donuts for the wait. Then after we finally got the drinks she then decided to tell me that she didn't have the donuts that I ordered, and that she gave the munchkins that we ordered to someone else. So I told her to just give me the dozen so that we could get going. She gave me a random mix of donuts, even after she told me she had most of what I wanted in the dozen, and then added three more to it. She then proceeded to write on the box while I am sitting there just waiting to go. I hate to say this about someone without actually knowing, but I am not sure that she was uninhibited. The only saving grace was the other associate, Jackson, who was trying to help while maintaining...

I usually opt to travel elsewhere if I am looking to purchase a coffee due to their very slow service, long wait time for order on the go, cold drinks (that should be hot), difficulty following order specifications, and machines being down all the time making it unable to follow through with drinks other than regular coffee. However after today I will not be returning period...after placing an order on-the-go and waiting for over 8 minutes, I asked a representative if my drink would be ready soon. They searched my my ticket (which had not been started yet) and it then took another 8 minutes for them to make me my drink. Please note that there was only 1 other customer in the store for the 1st 8 minutes I was there, and I was the only customer waiting for a drink in the 2nd 8 minutes I was there. Additionally, once I finally received my drink, it was only luke warm. The representative told me the machine wasn't...
