Arby's — Restaurant in Athens

As a regular visitor to Arby’s here in the Huntsville, Madison and Athens area do yourself a favor. Do not eat at the Athens Arby’s! Slider buns are refrigerator cold served with a warm only slider meat. Store Manager said he wouldn’t do anything. I then asked for Steve T District Trainer clearly marked on the businesses door. Stated he no longer works for Arby’s.I then asked for the District Managers name and phone number. Her name is Monica. I advised Monica of my experience at this location. Note Monica is a District Manager running multiple store locations. Despite having 4 buffalo chicken sliders that were ice cold “refrigerated “ and Luke warm meat she said ONLY IF I returned to the same location the meal would be replaced. Meaning drive back 20 plus minutes to this location for the meal replacement. Then drive another 20 minutes back toward Madison is just not acceptable. This will Also be reported to health authorities in Limestone county city of Athens asking for an inspection report. I believe these were left over...

This location is hit or miss. Up until recently, the food and service were top notch. My last two visits were less than satisfactory. The most recent, the beef and cheddar was poorly made. The beef was dry and the Cheddar cheese sauce was thin and wasn't very tasty. It seemed to be thinned out with water. The time before that, a few weeks prior, I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar combo and I was advised they didn't have any fries (or other sides) except for cheese sticks and they didn't know how to do the upcharge so I couldn't order them. I would have to order everything separate at a increased price. In my opinion, they should have made a substitution without a upcharge. The only thing I ended up ordering was the sandwich because I wasn't paying extra because they forgot to order food.

Now having said that, prior to this visit, I never had anything less than perfect service and fresh tasty food. I will give them a few more chances before I stop going to this location because I love Arby's.

This particular Arby's I have eaten at twice. I was simply disgusted by their service the last time, but forgot to leave a review. Mom wanted to eat here this time, and the service has not improved. Both times the dining room was closed for staffing issues, which is inconvenient for my mother because she needed to use the restroom. Secondly, I ordered a 9-piece niggets and only received a 6-piece. Thirdly, I had ordered a $6.89 turkey sandwich and did not receive it at all. The drive-thru was very busy, so once we got home and realized these mistakes we did not want to have to drive the half hour back to the restaurant and wait in drive-thru again!! The lady at the drive-thru never smiled or thanked us either. I will be calling corporate to complain about this specific store as well. It's only getting a 2ndcstar because of course the food we did receive was up to standard as far as...
