We are never ones to leave bad reviews for fast food restaurants or complain about the service from them but after a collection of times coming by this restaurant it feels necessary. Time after time I’ve had to spend nearly the entirety of a hour long lunch break waiting for an online order and no one would even be in there. There’s also been a time where one of the employees friends would show up and they would quickly make their food and talk with them before addressing the people standing in the line. I watched an older gentleman stand at the counter trying to get more sauce packets but all the employees would glance at him and hide. He eventually gave up and went back to eating his food. Today I decided to go back after a month or two to see if it’s gotten better but I was given the incorrect food. When going back to say that the burger was supposed to be plain, someone on the intercom said (with an attitude) “I made that order it’s right.. but I’ll make it again”. Look at the picture and tell me that’s plain haha. We just kinda said okay and gave them the other burger and got the new one.
I’ve not made a review because I’ve felt bad for the employees maybe it’s poor management and/or maybe the employees are taking their day to day frustration out on us. Either way not a single person I’ve interacted with or observed while waiting on my food has appeared that they wanted to be there or care to address/assist customers.
I stopped eating at Burger King because of the poor experiences from this location but it seems every time I try to give it a chance it’s just worse and worse. Read moreI'd like to start by saying that I do like this location and frequent it, and have for almost 10 years. That being said, I have some minor complaints: These may not be entirely the fault of the staff here because of the coronavirus messing everything up. It seems that there are a bunch of new people in training that cause things to go slower than normal, and I understand what it's like to have a bunch of newbies to work with.. but they should try to be a bit more efficient. There are several times when the frozen cokes are in defrost, and again it's just a minor complaint, but it seems so frequent that it just sort of takes away from everything. However, despite those two complaints, the people are usually really nice and have great attitudes. I don't know this man's name but he always seems to be in the first window and is an older gentleman with glasses. This guy is so courteous and always makes my family and I want to come back. Read moreI stop here for breakfast occasionally, and I never will again after this morning.... first off this is a fast food place not a ten minute wait in the drive thru place. I order the 2 for 4 typical breakfast sandwich and pulled up, nobody in line so I paid then the lady tells me to pull forward and they will bring it out, keep in mind nobody in line in front or behind me..... So i did, I have done this a few other times in the morning and let it slide but usually I have my food within 3 or 4 minutes. Today it was more than double that, this is ridiculous!!! 4 other cars came and went while I sat there, at least have the courtesy to tell them before they pay that its gonna be a few minutes some people may not have the time and may choose to cancel there order.
