This used to be on of our familyās favorite quick bite to eat. However, our recent experiences have been disappointing. Two weeks ago, we placed an order only to be told that the machine for melts was broken. No big deal, we thought. Last week, we placed another order, but the staff had to repeat it 4-5 times because they were too busy chatting/joking with each other. It was frustrating, especially since I was the only person in the store, and the tables looked like they had never been wiped. Despite these issues, I decided to give them another chance. Yesterday, we went to pick up a sandwich for a sick friend. We were the first in line at the drive-through, but after waiting for approximately 23 minutes, I had to knock on the window to find out what was going on. There was no response, so I called them while watching the staff talk to each other. Eventually, a young lady came to the window and said, āWeāre training new people, so it takes longer.ā There was no apology, just an explanation. I asked to speak to the manager, but still no sandwich. A more mature lady came to the window and repeated the same thing. I expressed my frustration, saying I didnāt appreciate having my day taken up for one sandwich just to train their staff. She closed the window without another word. When we finally received our order, the sandwich and sides looked like they had been thrown together by someone who didnāt care. I should have taken a picture. This place needs a complete overhaulāmanagers, staff, the whole works. Train your staff before you open and donāt use your customers as guinea pigs. The attitude and poor quality of the meal were unacceptable. This place was absolutely disgusting. I hope this helps convey your experience...

We went to eat a late lunch a few weeks ago and while we were eating we had to listen to this guy talking so loud in the middle of the restaurant about everything the employees are doing wrong and lecturing who Iām guessing is the manager. This should have been a private conversation in the back or while no customers are present. It was extremely unprofessional on his part. I didnāt need to know that chicken isnāt being thawed correctly in the sinks. I just wanted to enjoy my chicken salad.
