Came to this location last week to get lunch for myself and coworkers. I get back to my office to realize after paying for everyone's lunch that my food was missing! I called them to let them know and said I would be coming back to get it and the woman on the phone told me that was fine.
I get there and the man at the counter acted like I was lying when I literally had a receipt in my hand and said that I had even called and spoken with someone. He finally confirms that I called with the woman I spoke to and she told him to just remake it for me. Unfortunately the item I wanted they were out of but would only take 5-7 minutes to remake and I was willing to wait for fresh food, but the 5-7 minutes quickly turned into over 20 when they were not even busy.
They give me my food (they scooped the rice when I first got there and had it sit on the counter while they were waiting for the chicken to cook) and I ask since I waited almost an hour since my original order time for a partial refund, not even the entire order, for my time and for the fact that I had to drive there twice and I verbatim was told "sorry we can't give you a refund but I can give you an eggroll or something." To me that is an absolute joke, so I said it was fine and just took my food and left.
Fast forward to today, against my better judgement, my coworkers were going there again today for lunch so I asked them to get me a bowl with the sweet-fire chicken that legitimately tasted like melted plastic. I had two other people try the chicken without even telling them my thoughts and they said the same exact thing, one of them even spit it out before even chewing it.
If you really want quick Chinese food I would definitely skip coming here, the rude service and gross food are 100%...
Read moreI guess the first red flag was that there were no cars in the parking lot. Even though the dining room was supposedly open, the blinds were closed and they had turned on the drive thru open light in the window. When we walked in EVERY employee was in the dining room, laid on their backs in the booths, and playing on their phones! The food wasn’t labeled and some looked like it had been cooked a long time. When I got my food I had x5 pieces of chicken that were about an inch long each. I questioned it and they said I only get one scoop. I told them I understand that but that wasn’t even a half scoop. The girl said, “Well, that’s how much you get!” The atmosphere was terrible and you could tell they didn’t want anybody in there! We have attempted to eat there 2 other times and they didn’t have orange chicken the first time and no teriyaki chicken the second attempt. When it first opened we were excited but it’s such a disappointment! So for me, it’s 3...
Read moreI loved coming here getting the honey walnut shrimp bowl, plate, or even a bigger plate. The last 3 times I have been here my experience had been horrible all the way down to my customer service. I ask the employee how does the coupon work for the good fortune deal with the bigger plate, she act like I was speaking French! I get to the window and it takes me a min to transfer my money successfully and the employees made me feel shameful, I asked if he could swipe my card one more time and it still didn’t go through. At this point the employee comes back to the window with a smile and gonna say yea it didn’t go through ma’am, so I just pulled out the cash to pay for my order 🤦🏾♀️!! 3, I spent $16.51 for my order and didn’t get all my items and even the wrong items 🤦🏾♀️ , I only got double walnut shrimp and some kinda chicken, I’m a pescatarian, so my third entrée went to waste!!! I loved eating here but Panda Express u will no longer get my money...
