I got delivered a papaya sald and it was absolutely disappointing. It was clearly not fresh and the lemon was even squished. I think for a bit more than 12 dollars you shouldn't send something soggy and clearly more than 3 days old. I am not ordering ever again. Reply: Thank you for your response. I understand you’re a small business, and I truly respect the work that goes into running one. That said, my review reflects my honest experience with the food I received. I now understand the lime was pickled thank you for the clarification. However, I still found the overall quality and freshness lacking. I’ve had papaya salad at other Thai restaurants, and while presentation varies, the ingredients in those dishes were noticeably fresher. Regarding the refund: yes, I did receive my money back because I do not believe customers should pay for a service or product that does not meet basic quality standards. Lastly, I found your tone unnecessarily rude. All feedback, even when critical, should be handled professionally. Telling others to disregard honest experiences is unprofessional. I wish you the best moving forward.

See pictures—this handful of food cost $20. I was expecting TWICE the amount of food for the price. The dish itself (cashew chicken) was dry, the chicken and the peppers were tough as nails, and again, an unacceptably small portion for $15. The two egg rolls ($5 for both) were also small, and because they were put in this weird cardboard cup, they weren’t exactly warm either. The worst part was this uncooked chunk of rice the size of a golf ball (see picture). It was literally CRUNCHY and COLD inside. Totally inedible and kind of gross. After eating the entree and the egg rolls (and what little rice I could salvage), my stomach is in knots. And before the owner responds with “Americans aren’t used to spicy food,” I grow my own super hot chilis, so I’m used to heat. The thing is, my food wasn’t even that spicy 🤷🏻‍♂️ Don’t waste your money on this place. Go to Dynasty instead. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic Thai food and drink. I've eaten food from Dr. Mays on probably 2 dozen occasions at various events in and around Athens, at her food 🚒 and now at the new brick and mortar location on E. State St. (See photos). The food has always been excellent. My favorite is her basil chicken. Highly recommend.

Small portions. Beef and mint - very strange to use ground beef in this dish. Had noodles in it even though rice is served on the side. Was topped with some sort of fried grain or seed or something that ruined the texture and made me think sand or dirt was all over my food. The rice wraps weren’t wrapped tightly at all and the mint inside of it was whole leaves and not plucked from the stems.

They also need to learn to streamline their processes. Person working the counter would spend time doing other tasks that the other person could have done instead of doing other things that would’ve made things go quicker. Orders didn’t get sent to the grill person right away. This all means that many orders were running up to 10-15 minutes. Was very inefficient and they also had no sense of urgency. If there are ten orders ahead of you line, expect to potentially...
