Hardee’s — Restaurant in Athens

Out of the four times I've been to this Hardee's for breakfast recently, they've forgotten to give me a portion of my order four times. To confirm, that's 4/4 or 100% of the time. The first time, they forgot part of it and I came home before realizing, went back for it, came back home again, then realized they STILL forgot part of my order and had to go back a third time! Another time, I got home long enough to pull in the driveway before realizing I wasn't given my entire order and drove back immediately, which took less than ten minutes, and was told l was lucky because they were about to throw it away because they were done serving breskfast! I had paid for it just less than ten minutes earlier and they forgot to give it to me - I would think they'd wait a little longer before tossing out someone's food that was paid for. Not to mention, it was my son's birthday and it's tradition for us to get him breakfast where he chooses - the two jelly biscuits he wanted were burned so badly they were hard as rocks and he couldn't...

The WORST fast food I've ever had. Ordered a Frisco Thickburger and natural-cut french fries, which were served to my table very quickly. However, what I was served looked nothing like the pictures in their advertising. The fries were hot, which is the best thing I can say about them; the burger was not. The Swiss cheese on the burger wasn't melted (gross) and it was served on barely toasted Sourdough bread. The meat had a strange flavor. I couldn't decide whether it was the meat, the spices or both. The mustard, tomato and bacon on the sandwich were edible. Since I paid $8 for this experience, and was hungry, I tried to be grateful I had food when others are starving. But, I could only manage to eat a little less than half of the meal before tossing it in the garbage. Thankfully, I didn't get sick but I did have indigestion for the rest of the day. This Athens, TN location (1219 Congress Parkway) was not busy during mid-week lunch hour and now I know why. I definitely would not recommend nor...

Ordered my usual this morning, monster biscuit with country ham instead of Frisco ham and a orange juice. The shift leader charged me $2.20 for a side of ham... first time... I said ok if I payed for both Hams I want both. She got mad and automatically Gave me a refund then proceeded to yell at the workers in the back to cancel my country ham , that I didn't want to pay for it... what a rude nasty lady.. I never asked for a refund , I just requested both Hams that I payed for.... This is a prime example why the hardees at the interstate and Calhoun closed, due to rude "management".... Everyone that are regulars that witnessed this vouged that we will now go to Bojangles .... 13 regulars lost over her bad attitude this morning.... A little longer and this Hardee's will be closed.... Once again I only requested for what I payed for not a refund, paying $2.20 for the ham wasn't an issue... I'll pay for what I want...
