My wife and I ordered 2 large, 2 topping pizzas and were really disappointed. Not only were the pizzas messy and awful, but one of the workers really was going rogue back in the kitchen area. I was waiting in the lobby for my pizzas when a worker (seemed like a manager or at the very least been working there awhile). While I was there waiting aomeone had ordered a pizza around 50 minutes away from closing time and the employee with big gauges in his ears and he was wearing glasses Went absolutely ballistic and started slamming stuff and throwing toppings across the restaurant and basically just having an extreme temper tantrum. I should have recorded it, but unfortunately, I didn’t. I will be calling corporate or at the very least one of the general managers at that specific location and informing them of the childish and potentially dangerous employee that they have working in the kitchen. But long story short, the employee went off and trashed the place all because someone ordered a pizza around 45 minutes before the place closed for the night. Read moretried to order lunch for our family off of the app today. After an hour and ten minutes of not hearing anything and the app not showing any updates we called the store. The rude gentleman who answered the phone stated that there was a computer flaw and that it wasn't his fault. No one called us to tell us what was going on. When I requested that the order be cancelled and refunded the gentleman callously said that it wasn't his fault. I reminded him that regardless of who's fault it is he is a representative of a major company and should not be trying to point the finger or displace blame. He continued to try to argue with me about it not being his fault. I had to remind him that arguing with me on the phone over it was definitely not helping the situation. My husband and I ordered dinner and accidentally sent it to the wrong location and I didn't catch it until I went to pick it up. Not only did the manager help me cancel the other order, she remade it at the right location and wouldn't let me pay for it! I absolutely insisted to pay due to it being completely my fault for not checking the right location on the app and she insisted it was taken care of.
