Was terrible, service, was traveling from Ohio to Florida feeling sick, around 10 am thought grab something to eat would make me feel better , always stop at Hardees couple times a week love the breakfast, until we stoped at this Location in Franklin, Kentucky . Service was really slow stood waiting for 8 minutes only one customer in front of us , ordered breakfast platter , 2 for me and wife . Got our food and the eggs were so dry out , our sausages were so blackened burnt, took back to counter mananger says thats all we made up for breakfast, and swaped out for less burnt, but still burnt, so we are eatting and wife notices a bug in her soft drink , was not there when recieved cup at counter, we think it came out through ice machine. We took and showed Manager she said Oh wow! We ask for money back on drink , which they did, paid for rest already. We just wanted to get out of there. We think this location needs a visit form Corporate level this should no be acceptable for anyone . This probably is a franchise own location. Please for your customers that live in area and travelers that counts on you for fresh food , cleaness seems like it was in a alot of older folks...
Read moreWell...this is the second bad experience at Hardee's in Athens. We ordered 2 breakfast platters with a coupon that said we could get two for $4.29 each. When we get our receipt, we notice it only applied the discount to one of the meals. We went back through the line at the drive thru to get it fixed. I am assuming it was the store manager on duty that was summoned to the window to help us. I explained to him what had happened, and he immediately gets defensive. I said something like she had only taken off one, and he responded with a sarcastic "it wasn't her, it was the computer." I said, ok, but nonetheless we are owed the difference. He asked me if I wanted my money or not, and told me they owed me nothing. He needs to be trained on how to handle the public. The first negative experience was even worse. Read moreMy daughter ordered a biscuit to eat on the way to work. She was about halfway done when she looked at it and saw this. She then went back to attempt to get a refund. She was met with hostility and flat out refusal to rectify this situation. No refund was given. The "manager in training", per her name tag, told my daughter that they could not give a refund, and that she would have to contact corporate. My daughter was also told that this was NOT hair in the biscuit. Regardless if it was hair or not, there's something that obviously does not belong in a biscuit (See pictures).
