I placed an order online. I ordered one foot long and one 6 inch. The foot long was assembled as ordered, but the bread was very hard and difficult to eat. It was so hard that my husband did not eat the 2nd half of the foot long. The 6 inch was NOT made to order. The bread was white instead of multi-grain and it was lacking onions. Of course I noticed this as soon as I got home, but we were starving and chose to eat what we’d been given. I called the store afterwards to report this and was told “since the item is ‘gone,’ there is nothing we can do. We could have remade it for you.” I understand, but I don’t understand. So, I’m to drive all the way back to the restaurant-regardless of where I might possibly live in relation to the restaurant, or without consideration that maybe I popped in during my lunch break to pick up what was ordered online / to simply have them do their job the CORRECT way?!? Even an offer of a free cookie during my next visit would have been an effort. I will not be returning to this location again. Paying $10+ for a sandwich is already robbery, but when services (online ordering) are offered for convenience, it’s extremely INCONVENIENT AND A HIGH PRICE to pay for a mediocre meal. Like many others have said, this location is full of children - not an adult in sight to fix the lack of proper customer...

You can only use coupons for certain subs which is inconvenient to figure out and odd...it says it's because some have double meat etc....so I am guessing you can't add double meat or cheese with a coupon....which makes NO sense...I have ALWAYS used a coupon before and got added meat and cheese....all they have to do is input the coupon and then add those things on. They can do it, but probably don't understand how. All other subways do. The management appears to have changed because the workers both were indian. I am going to guess this is why they don't understand how to use the coupon AND also allow you to pay for extras. Maybe they could go to another Subway franchise and ask them how. The food was good though ..they actually made it as I asked and so despite having new management, they seem to be doing really well in the food department. I was expecting it to not taste well, but it was really good. So overall I was really happy....the workers were nice overall though the one worker seemed a little confused when he was at the window and they were preparing my food. Read moreNormally have a good experience with this place, but I had placed a mobile order in for a simple #6 with cookies & a drink. Got here about 5 min early before it was ready, which they got a little confused on that, but said it hadn’t went through yet. But, then had to wait 15 more minutes after the time that it was supposed to be ready. So I had to walk up to the counter and ask him to make it and talk to one of the girls to let her know that the previous people didn’t make my mobile order after I told them. And thankfully she took care of it all for me. I just really didn’t appreciate the other couple employees that just completely ignored me and acted like my order was at a different store even though I showed him the correct address.
