This place is PITIFUL. It is a hallmark of what everyone complains about Atlanta. Poor service coupled with an "I don't care" attitude, substandard quality paired with a lack of pride in one's work. Came here and ordered the lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes with a side of scrambled eggs, orange juice, and a glass of water. What is pictured is how they served my pancakes. This is not how this should be served, I've ordered these at another location before. Manager ERIN/ARYN could've cared less when I called this to her attention. The reason she gave? "Cooking it the other way messes up the griddle, so this is how we serve it now." This could've been an excuse since I walked in one hour before closing. The restaurant was dirty -- smudges on the windows and front door, food on the floor in the walkways. The host sat me at a dirty booth, so I moved myself to a clean(er) one. The staff was more interested in talking amongst themselves in the back of the house than serving people or cleaning the front of the house since they weren't busy with customers. My server (seemingly new and not trained) disappeared after taking my order and returned 20 minutes later with my pancakes and eggs.....I had to remind him of the oj and water I never got. He eventually brought them to me and disappeared AGAIN.......only to reappear behind ERIN/ARYN after I asked another server for the manager. I left my pancakes there, didn't touch them. Drove 30 minutes to get there, paid nearly $30 for my meal, and all I consumed was scrambled eggs, orange juice, and a glass of water. I used to be a general manager of a restaurant, so this is unconscionable in my book. The "I don't care" attitude comes from the top down. No one forced you to take the job, ERIN/ARYN. If you can't or don't want to do it, leave it to...

After doordash ripped us we called the manager of this restaurant and he was hell bent on telling us it is not his problem after it leaves the restaurant and all i wanted was him to realise that he should pay attention to who he passss food too. At least screen the regular drivers. Never once was i expecting anything more than to give this man a learning experience so other people/customers do not take a 93 plus tip beating to their pockets.. have fun telling others about looking at it from a business perspective. Also.. we will never stop at a broken egg cafe i mean the glorified waffle house ever again.. my opinion only of course. Peace

Also.. the lord works in funny waya cause i walked down to a place close to my hotel and the place had banging food that is freshly made with what i expect service. Your place is a generic cheaper version of waffle house.. and the managers have no people skills. Rock on.. my opinion only again. Peace

Ps.. after reading all the disatisfied customer reviews i see the problem. You should check out who you are telling "look at it from a business perspective." Like i said.. you guys are a gloried generic cheaper version of waffle house. I will never hit one of these spots again. I travel alot also. And own a business that deals with cats all over the world. 1 bad review leads to 15 people.. lucky your managers tell people to look at it from a business perspective when they are ripped off.. have a...

After passing this restaurant multiple times over the past few weeks, my wife and I decided to try it for breakfast (Sat, 5 Nov). We walked in and were cordially greeted by the hostess and taken to our table outside (the restaurant was half full, at best). Shortly after, our server, Angel, came up and took our order, which included coffee. The coffee came out after about 10 mins (surprisingly slow) and then .... we waited. 20 minutes later, we asked the hostess if she knew why our order was taking so long. She left and a few minutes later, Angel came out to tell us our order would be out in "3 or 4 minutes". 15 MORE minutes later (45+ minutes AFTER ordering) with still no food, my wife and I decided to cut our losses and leave. We gave $5 to the hostess to give to our server (the slowness clearly wasn't his fault) and then went straight to The Flying Biscuit in Buckhead.

Having just read many of the negative posts on this restaurant, it's clear that they suffer from slow service. Whether that's due to a short-staffed kitchen, bad management or some other reason, I can't say. One thing I can say though .... my wife and I will NEVER be back. Also, for those of you who may be thinking about eating here, make sure you have plenty of time on your hands - you will...

This was my first visit to this location. Signed up for the wait list but the staff didn't seem to know us or weren't familiar with their own wait list system. We arrived after 9 am to a skeleton crew, I assume, as it was a Saturday, but we were seated in 5 minutes. This was confusing as there were only four tables being used at the time. The staff was friendly, but our server was less than timely to our table. After we ordered, the food arrived 20 min later without our order of beignets. The apple fritter french toast was very good, but the eggs were average and the chicken link sausage was not so tasty. Unfortunately, we never were checked on by the staff after the food was delivered. So no water/coffee refills and the beignets never arrived. I got up to track down our server and let her know we were ready for the check and to make sure we weren't charged for the beignets since she would have no way of knowing. She corrected the bill but without any acknowledgment of the error. Parking was behind and underneath the restaurant and free. I probably won't try this location again, but I would recommend the chain because I feel these were just store specific issues.

After reading the reviews we figured this would be a nice spot to try for brunch. We were surprised to find the wait was only 15 minutes but that is the only good thing about our experience today. We sat and ordered after looking over the menu. The drink came out relatively quickly, but we waited for 45 minutes for our food to come out while other tables who sat after us got their food. We asked our server after waiting 45 where our food was and she left to check. We were disappointed with the food considering we had waited so long. We also made no alterations to our orders and ordered a Belgian waffle combo, chicken and waffles and country potatoes. The food was average compared to other alternatives available in Atlanta. Please note: the restaurant was not seated to capacity and there was no line out the door for seating. Had our server let us know the food was going to take a minute to come out we would have completely understood. To be left in the dark for 45 minutes and then having to ask our server about our food is unacceptable. After our experience today, I would not recommend this place.
