If you’re a regular of Arden’s Garden as I am and have patronized 98% of their locations then you know when the lady with the locs isn’t at this store then DON’T shop here go to the next nearest location because you will NOT receive great service, the correct order done properly, and the guy with the curly hair nails are NEVER clean Today is my 2nd attempt with the same guy to get it right and it was another epic fail. I always customize my order and add turmeric as well as ginger from the shelf which offsets the base ounces which he doesn’t gets right I also add super green There was an extreme amount of overage and before I was able to request it he tossed the lid in the blender then dropped in sink full of sanitizer so I’m sure I didn’t get my additives 100% that I paid for but he can careless I can go on and about the lack of so just a heads up DON’T SHOP AT THIS...

I used to work at Ardens. Great place to work honestly however not all employees are the same when closing. I was instructed, even on slow days, to never close early. Only right on the closing time. This particular location closed 15 minutes early with closed sign still says open. Who ever worked closing shift 03/06/2021 needs to be reminded because if I had to close exactly on time at all Ardens garden so should this employee. This is why I have two stars because as an ex employee visiting my favorite smoothie company should not have been turned away at 6:50pm. I usually go to this Arden’s Garden all the time because it’s close to my house. Today I went in and I purchased a cleanse ($30) , a grand slam 5.49 , and a smoothie for 5 dollars. Spent 47.00 and the smoothie that was made taste like chalk. I asked the guy behind the register if he could remake it because it was horrible. He said it couldn’t be exchanged when there is a sign that says you can exchange anything if your unhappy. His customer service was horrible I went back in with a tip for him but he won’t get that or my business ever again.
