Checkers — Restaurant in Atlanta

My husband and I waited in line for a total of 48 mins. Half of that was spent at the speaker just waiting for someone, anyone to take our order. The other half was spent at the window with them messing up our order. The fries were refried and horrible and so was my husbands fish sandwich. It was so horrible we gave it back and saw no reason to get another. I had to ask for my milkshake more times than I cared to count. To make the whole situation worse the staff was beyond rude. I can handle some mistakes and even a long wait. I have worked fast food when I was younger so I am pretty understanding and I normally never give a bad review. There was just no reason for them to act the way they did. If they spent more time trying to make things right and pleasing the customers and less time hanging out and talking with each other and their friends at the window then it might go smoother. I have never had an experience that bad or food that was that awful. We normally love Checkers but NOT this location. I will drive out of my way to another Checkers before I ever waste my...

Horrible does not even begin to describe my experience at this Checkers. I understand I shouldn't expect 5 star service at a fast food restaurant but at the very last can I expect it to at least be fast??? Waited at the window for over 20 minutes only to told they only had 3 people working so they would be with me when they could. Waited another 10 minutes with two hungry kids and one crying agitated 1yr old baby, knocked on the window to get the managers attention at which point he opened the window then slammed it in my face. Watched one of the three employees basically stand there twiddling her thumbs while we all waited and the drive thru was beyond backed up. She finally noticed me watching her and went and got a bucket of ice to look busy. Meanwhile, you telling me she's not trained enough to take an order at the window?? NEVER will I visit this Checkers or any other for that matter. If there was a zero I'd give it to them.2workers African Americans men outside to left of pickup sitting by cars yelling at us, then I get to the drive thru and the lady tells me she can't take orders for ten minutes systems down sit in pklot and wait till it's up again she said get off timer when my daughter was outside trying to read board cuase her eyesight.. she was yelled at again by the woman in drive thru very rude African American as well. She said my system won't work till your off my timer. At that point with the rudeness they ain't getting my money. Nope my family doesn't deserve such rudeness.
