I am writing to formally demand an immediate refund for the appalling experience I endured at Store #15019 on May 1, 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM.
After politely pointing out that the front counter associate, Shontia, was neglecting the growing line of customers and repeatedly complaining about needing to pick up her kids, I was met with blatant disrespect and profanity. Rather than handle the situation with any professionalism, she escalated it by cursing at me in front of other customers while she waited for her ride in the front lobby.
Equally disturbing was the complete lack of action from the on-duty manager ā a Black male with dreadlocks, wearing a button-up shirt ā who stood by and did nothing despite witnessing the entire incident. His excuse? Being short-staffed. That does not give your staff the right to verbally abuse paying customers.
Let me be clear: I do not and will not allow anyone to speak to me disrespectfully, and yes, I responded accordingly after being provoked. However, your associate initiated the conflict with unprofessional behavior that should never occur in any business setting.
This situation was beyond unacceptable. It was hostile, unprofessional, and reflects extremely poorly on your companyās training, leadership, and respect for its customers.
I am demanding a full refund for Order #10111, and I expect confirmation that this complaint has been received and escalated. If I do not hear back within a reasonable timeframe, I will escalate this through corporate channels, social platforms, and consumer protection agencies.

This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences Iāve had. I asked for my chicken to be dropped fresh and cooked longer because the last time I visited, it was raw in the middle. The same person who gave me my total at the speaker acted confused at the window and claimed she never got my order. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse.
While I was waiting, I could clearly hear staff in the background yelling things like, āWhich person wants their food cooked fresh?ā ā talking about me in a disrespectful, mocking tone. That level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable.
Despite my request, I still received cold, old food. It's clear no one there cares about quality or customer service. This isn't the first bad experience, but it will definitely be my last.
This establishment is not being managed properly, and the staff have made it clear they have no respect for their jobs or their customers.
