This was an absolutely most unprofessional, horrible U-haul rental experience. The most unbelievable part is the woman, she's either the secretary or co-owner, that argued extensively with me because she was adamant about the additional mileage fees that she charged me, also stating that she should have charged me for gas because it was a little under the level. I happened to take a time stamped & dated picture before I returned the truck. I also deliberately waited to get gas from the Exxon gas station on the corner of the shopping plaza, in order to ensure it was returned at the gas level it was received. In fact there was a little more than what was there when I received the truck. However even with the picture that I had shown of the mileage, I received unnecessary, demeaning treatment. I offered to return to look at the truck and the picture together, but soon after we hung up she called back to state her error. She personally had rented the same truck that I had used to someone before she "checked in" the truck after my usage. The absolute worst moving experience and customer service. I will never again be a patron of Affordable Furniture for any needs and will make it clear to everyone that I come in...

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!!! The older black lady with the salt and pepper hair (THE OWNER) Is nasty and rude ! Rented a UHAUL told her daughter I was moving a washer and dryer I get all the way to my storage unit and the truck doesn’t have a ramp! Had to drive all the way back to get a different truck to only get a truck with the oil light in that sounded like the motor was about blow ! Took it back and the owner was so rude and nasty about it all ! Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication ! She blamed the customer for not saying she needed a ramp I mean she said she was moving a washer and dryer ! Ok but who knew that all uhauls don’t have a ramp???? Just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!

Horrible customer service . Do not be fooled by the fake niceness in the beginning , those are simply sales tactics . The store is horribly organized for starters . Long story short , Kwania sold me a box spring that she knew was extremely too high for the bed and mattress I purchased . I immediately sent it back with her movers. She was nasty and rude because I chose to send it back . Two weeks went by and I never received a refund . I had to reach out to her and she basically tried to get over and negotiate what she would refund . She then proceeded to add an additional 100$ to my original order to subtract from what she owed me in refund . my order was paid in full after what ever discount or sale had already been given . So she should not have subtracted anything additional from my refund . She also lied and tried to manipulate me on what I paid for the box spring . She only refunded me 60$ and she doesn’t even have box springs that cheap . I let her have it because obviously she needed it more than me . I will never shop with her again nor send any...
