THE LAST TWO TIMES I'VE BEEN TO THE CHECKERS ON CASCADE RD IN ATLANTA,GA I HAVEN'T RECEIVED WHAT I ORDER!!!! BUT LAST NIGHT TOOK THE CAKE!!!! I ORDER THE SUPER LOADED BUFORD LARGE SIZE!!!! FIRST THEY DIDN'T RING UP FOR THE LARGE COMBO MEAL EVEN THOUGH THE MANAGER TOLD HER TO!!!! SO SHE'S GOES TO HAND ME A MEDIUM DRINK AND I SAID I ORDER THE LARGE!!!! THE MANAGER SAID YES HE DID ORDER THE LARGE!!!! SO SHE GIVES ME THE DRINK!!!! THEN I FINALLY GET MY ORDER I CHECK MY FOOD AND IT'S A MEDIUM FRIES 🍟 IN THERE AFTER SHE JUST SAID HE ORDER LARGE!!! SO I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND THE MANAGER HAULS OFF AND SAYS TO ME I DID YOU A FAVOR BY GIVING YOU THE LARGE DRINK EVEN THOUGH THAT'S WHAT I ASK FOR FROM THE JUMP!!!! SO SHE SAYS SHE DIDN'T RING YOU UP FOR A LARGE COMBO EVEN THOUGH THAT'S WHAT I ASK FOR AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT'S WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!! THEN WHEN I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THE BURGER THAT'S WHAT THEY GAVE ME INSTEAD OF WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!! SO SINCE CHECKERS CAN'T GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK FOR!!!! THEY WILL BE THE LAST TIME THEY GET ANY MONEY FROM ME UNTIL THEY CHANGE THEY MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP CAUSE THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT'S GETTING OUT OF HAND!!!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHOSE THE MANAGER AT TIMES AND THE YOUNGER WORKERS DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO!!!! SO I'M DONE AND CORPORATE NEVER REACHES OUT TO YOU OR YOU NEVER TALK TO ANYONE WHO CARES!!!! SO AFTER I GET MY MONEY BACK IT'S OVER FOR ME WITH THAT CHECKERS CAUSE EVERY TIME I GO UP THERE THE SERVICE GET BAD...

Update (10/11/21). Dropping this rating down from 3 to 1. At this point, it could close and I wouldn't blink twice. Trash. The only good thing about this location is it's open late - it goes downhill from there.

If you like consistent disappoint - look no further. Often this location stops taking orders unless you've ordered online/food delivery. Continued lack of pickles after specially asking for them on sandwiches they don't come on. Slow service, frequent lack of items i.e shakes.

Prefer Checkers over other fast food places, especially the fries. But, it seems like asking for pickles at this location is the difference between the lights being on and shutting up shop! Every time I ask for pickles on my sandwich I NEVER get them. So when I get to the window and ask for extra pickles I ALWAYS get the same response "We don't have anything to put pickles in". You are literally in a restaurant FULL of things to put pickles in: An empty fry container, An empty small drink cup, An empty container that the wings fries come in, Wrapped up in a sandwich wrapper, the options are limitless. Even after asking for extra pickles when ordering, then getting to the window and checking my food and seeing NO pickles at all and telling the staff, they then put 2 damn pickles on the...

If I could give it no stars I would, I visit this location every blue moon and every time it's the same tone of service, no customer service, disrespectful staff, slow wait times and a bunch of other mess. I vidtvis last night at 11pm and waited in the order window for 15mins with another patron without being acknowledged by any of the employees that made eye contact with us. We waited another 6mins until one employees yelled "walk up closed" plain short and dry. 🤔 Now it just so happen that I and the other woman waiting had had the same problem before of them closing the walk up whenever and no consistency in communication. My last time was last test around the holidays when they gave rhsy excuse to me and this was at an ealearl time. The proclaimed manager of the shift came to the window and said the owner of the store has then close the walk up at 6pm😧 which is not true because I and the lady with me have seen them serving later other days. This Checkers is a horrible representation of the brand and they uphold every negative sterotypes there are about the fast food industry. I've called once again like I did last year about the same issue let's see if I hear from anyone. 💀 Done with...
