The worst i have ever experienced...around 10pm 0n 7.7.17 i drove up to the drive through line. We sat there about 10 min w/o ever getting up to the microphone to place an order. My friend got out of the car and went inside to place our order. I managed to back up my car and went inside as well. There was also a line inside because there was a wait 10 min on chicken. The customers were upset and complaining very loudly...stating they had been waiting for quite some time on their orders. Then all of a sudden one of the customers got into a heated argument with one of the workers behind the counter. They were using the "F" word left and right towards each other with other choice words. I stepped back in fear....there are too many people getting shot over stupid stuff like this. The argument insued on...the manager could not calm the worker down...he began throwing things. His girlfriend who was in the lobby area had to literally get up in his face to get him to go outside of the restaurant. The manager offered her apologies to the customer and gave him additional food with his order as a good jesture in light of what had happened. My friend and I finally got our order....needless to say the chicken was hard. Nothing like the food advertised on the TV commercials. Needless to say this was by far the worst restaurant experience in my 62 years of life on this earth. I plan on reaching out to the district manager of the store to share this...
Read moreAt the drive threw. I gave the young lady exact change. My bill was $5.55. I asked her the amount before handing her the change and then the $20. She in return gave me $14 and change. A ten dollar bill, four ones and change. When I me mentioned to her I gave her exact change she looked confused and was acting really strange. She then handed four dollars back. I laughed and asked what is this. You only gave me four ones. I handed her the money back with my receipt. She then tells me that she was waiting on her manager. . This other young lady comes up to say they could not open the drawer. And that I only gave the young lady .45 cents instead of .55 cents. She was not even at the window when money was exchanged so how she gone debate with the customer? 🤔 The cashier never stated I gave her incorrect change. And when I said she could have asked me for the difference the so called manager wanted to argue with me about ths amount. I told her that I could give her a dime. The manager stated that she could not open the register. Like what manager couldn't open the register 🤔. When I requested a refund she then handed me my ten dollars and now a five dollar bill back. I am guessing this is the new scam, to keep the customers change and lie about not being able to open the register. My second experience...
Read moreI love Popeyes chicken. I visited my local Popeyes Louisana Kitchen #2113 on Cascade Rd yesterday Apr. 1, 2022. Had not been there in several months due to previous issues with food but decided to try again. I did not expect, even though it was April Fool's, to get "fooled". I was wrong. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a 2-piece dark spicy snack. Paid for my food at the register. Noticed I was charged $4.49 for the sandwich advertised for $3.99 (see photos). Ask for manager after cashier ignored my concern. She pretended she had no idea what I was talking about. I would gladly have accepted an "I'm sorry, the sign is old. We will remove it now." I took the picture to remind Popeyes that that false advertising is a crime. My chicken sandwich was good, however, to add insult to injury, when I got home my chicken order was wrong. Instead of a 2-piece dark I was given 2-piece mixed, the food was cold and tasteless. This is not the first or second time II have experienced issues with this location.
