I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. The pizza still had not been made after the time for the pizzas to be delivered. I called the store and was advised the time doesn’t reflect the timing of the delivery. The site is to advise when the pizza will be delivered but Tyrianna advised the papa johns site does not reflect the accurate delivery time. I asked for a manager. She began to speak with Torrence (manager) to advise of the issue. She placed me on hold and came back to say “oh he is busy, what else can I do for you.” I asked if I were a patron to have a pizza ordered and didn’t pay that would be unfair. She then advised” Don’t worry about it we just won’t deliver it. My pizza still had not been made at the time it should have been to my home. I was given unprofessional service when I called to inquire about the major delay in delivery. I was then placed on hold for another 10 minutes which is holding the line for other patrons to order by phone because the manager did not want to acknowledge the issue they created. How poor of customer service and attitude received from Tyrianna. She was sure to spell her name out with an attitude. I work in a corporate environment. I advised the representative she was providing customer service while on the phone and was being a horrible representation of the company. But normally, I get delivery from the one on Cleveland Ave. However, when I ordered online this time, it chose Cascade Ave as my delivery store (ordered 2 pizzas). The entire expierence was not good at all. After I ordered, and paid, the estimate was 115 - 190 minutes. This was much too long, so I called them up hoping I could change to pickup. When the guy picked up the phone I told him "I just placed an order for delivery, but that's too long" he said "were not doing delivery orders right now". I said "that's cool, I Wana pick it up" he replied "ok, it will be ready in 15 min ". 15 minutes later, I headed to the store. Got there, asked for my order, the guy says "one of your pizzas is done second will be ready soon". I told the guy I was in a rush (ATL vs GB) was starting soon and I needed to stop at the store too. Then I asked if I could leave and come back. He said "naw you can't, if one of your pizzas is done, that means the other will be up soon"...so I stayed. 10 minutes later, no pizza. 20 min later, no pizza. Turns out, they never started making the second pizza. I heard them talking about my order, no one said anything to me. I just happened to over hear the convo. So I head to the store. 15 minutes later I come back to the pizza being half-cooked and rushed. It was cold. Didn't have time to wait for another and I have an oven at home, so I took the one completely-done but cold from sitting out for about 25 min pizza and the just kinda warm pizza that had been baked just enough to melt the...

I have to echo most of the reviews for this store - they are horrible at customer service, deliver your order at least 2 hours late and are not communicative. Had I seen the review from someone who ordered food for a meeting ahead of time that was STILL delivered late I would not have placed an order. It seems their best tactic is to place customers on hold to wait them out so they hang up in frustration.
I waited on the phone for 20 minutes to speak to a manager and NOT ONCE did someone pick up the phone to check on me or ask if the manager could call back. My supervisor called, raised his voice and said he would actually go up to the store if he didn't receive a call back. Surprising that the manager called him back within 15 minutes. I was trying to be understanding and keep calm (even though I was furious) but I guess being aggressive and overbearing is the way to get them to listen.
I will never order from them again but due to the fact that they can't seem to answer their phones because they're "so busy" they must not be wanting for business. I don't know who the manager is but he obviously does not care about treating his customers with respect and does not relay it to his employees. I will say, the driver I had was nice and understanding. She was the ONLY person who apologized on behalf of Papa John's.
I understand if they are understaffed and deal with an incredible amount of customers but that does not excuse the atrocious service. Listen to these reviews - don't...
