Terrible service , the attitude of the cashier at the drive thru is repulsive and not to mention once i asked for the manager her attitude was even worse, i ordered thru the app to get the promotion for two free kids meals. I’ll admit it was my first time using so i was confused when it never gave me an option to pick an entree or a drink. Nevertheless once i pulled to the speaker and gave my order number, i asked why it didn’t give me an option to pick and that i met the requirements to receive them. I was then told oh, you just gotta get it however it comes which sounded crazy but i didn’t dispute it. Only to get to the window and get handed the two combos i was paying for, when i asked her about the two kids meals i was then told oh it’s not on your ticket, so i then ask did she remember me asking about the meals before. Once the manager came over i explained that was my reason for ordering through the app she tells me oh it’s not on there it’s nothing i can do. I didn’t offered to just pay for two kids meals to be told i gotta get back in the already mile long drive thru again. End of story i still had to go get my 4 and 5 year old sons food from somewhere else, and Burger King will never see another dime of my money. I mean i know it’s a rough time for us all as my job is still open for business, but being rude to paying customers, it’s no excuse for that. Especially when i was very...
Read moreFor a location being in the Greenbrier area I honestly expect more from this location. Especially somewhere that has predominately black customers and employees. I would hope that in the future, the very near future people here will start taking a little bit more pride with customer service and efficiency with taking and executing orders. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for an Impossible Whopper with fresh fries. And that they have a line that’s wrapped halfway around the building. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLY! I do hope that very soon there is 1) more employees to help out with the obvious lack of people who are available to work & 2) they start to value customer service and customer satisfaction a lot more than what they are currently prioritizing.
The black residents of the Greenbriar & Ben Hill neighborhoods and the City of East Point shouldn’t be subjected to subpar service from here and the business here. They should be treated just like a residents of Buckhead. I hope to see a change in my lifetime and black people can enjoy businesses that will execute...
Read moreI don't make reviews for restaurants, in fact this is my first review ever for a restaurant for the sole fact that this is the worst burger King I have ever been to in my life, full stop.
The service when you get it is serviceable, but half the time you show up to the place, they're either closed early, not taking orders, or messing up your order.
But today was the breaking point, me and my wife went there and the drive through was spilling into the neighboring street, and people were not being served. And on the inside you'll find the staff arguing at each other, a disrespectful assistant manager yelling at his staff not to take anymore orders and recording the customers without consent and a bunch of hungry folk who already paid, and were waiting for 15-30 minutes for something as simple as a drink and a double whopper.
Full disclosure after seeing this me and my wife left for a neighboring restaurant.
Do not go here, if you value your time, your money, your sanity or...
