My experience was horrible. I literally rushed my workout at planet fitness to catch Church’s before they closed to order a family okra. Lol I waited in the drive through line for 10 mins and I didn’t understand because no one came on the speaker. An employee who was getting off came out only to tell us that they were taking orders at the window (which sucks because I wouldn’t have the menu in front of me) you would think they would have a sign on the speaker saying that or come on the speaker to notify the customers. Anywho, I got to the window and said “hi” with a huge smile on my face, the lady was bending over on the window and replied “whatcha ordering” now I usually wouldn’t take offense to this because I know everybody not as bubbly as me, but i felt the worst vibe EVER when she asked me without a hay , hi , or nothing . I told her I wanted a number 1 she looked back and shouted do they got some more white chicken over there then rolled her eyes and touched her head as if she had a headache and was fed up with the people who work there. I asked for the okra and then she said we don’t got none ! Boy that killed my whole mood so I just took my business across the street to checkers and the Girl at the window was so nice . No offense but this exactly why fast food works need to hire young first time job excited to start working people , because people who are older In age , be having the worst attitudes! 😣 that lady at the window scared away 2 other customers I know for sure because the people in front of me pulled off and left with nothing ... probably only with...
Read moreI had a taste for church’s chicken so I decided to stop by this one on Martin Luther king. I went through drive-through … waited 30 minutes in line. I finally get to the drive thru window and I ordered … I asked the cashier what was going on , she stated they were working off of one stove. After paying , she then asked me to pull around to wait on food. I go in after waiting again and she asks me do I want to thighs. I stated “no “ I didn’t care for them. She then caught a attitude and implied as if I had no choice. The manager was there , I asked for a refund and she replied “ no I could not get a refund.”. The cashier was rude and had a nasty attitude. The store is nasty , the service is nasty and they both looked like they needed showers and like they came from up under a rock. I have never in my life seen this type of customer service. I did not get a refund , due to the smart mouth manager being nasty. Instead of her trying to correct their failures in customer service. For the wait. They were straight TRASH. Both of them , need to be working in someone Cess Pool … with their nasty mouths and looks....
Read moreI try to order a number one from this location and the cashier tells me that they have ran out of biscuits. She asked me if I still wanted to order and I told her no. However, at this location I can’t just leave the line because there’s a concrete barrier that prevents me from driving off. So, while waiting in line, which was a long wait, I decided that I am going to order. I’ve waited this long to get out of line I might as well order, right? When I pull up to the window I tell the guy I would like to order. He tells me I’m not allowed to order at the window. I know this isn’t true because when the speaker in the drive thru isn’t working you can order at the window. Needless to say I did not order anything and left. This was by far a terrible experience.
