Cupcakin Bake Shop — Restaurant in Atlanta

I've been multiple times to this location and each time the server has been excellent, polite, efficient, able to answer questions and committed to customer service. They sell 2 day old and 1 day old cupcakes at a discount cost (you can tell the age by taste but that's to be expected- I'd say they're still fine by taste if eaten that day after that point they're gonna be stale enough to really notice, but again expected because that's how food works). I'd highly recommend the chocolate raspberry and either chocolate or vanilla salted caramel. As a warning-all vegan items are made with nuts according to the website. (I assume this is the frosting mostly because it's common to substitue nut dairy for cow cream but it didn't specifically say so I can't be sure. There are general allergy warning signs posted in store for potential cross contamination purposes of all items but I know people who can be fine with cross contact may react with consumption and it might not be something you think about). I haven't tried the cakes or done any pre-orders or catering so I can't speak to those aspects but I will likely pre-order in future for my department or as thank yous to neighbors for taking care of my pet when I'm...

The cupcakes are great, but the store is literally NEVER open when i come during business hours. The hours on the store don’t match google. And today the darn store clerk just left the open sign on and walked out the shop with two customers including myself outside. Black customer writing about a black owned business. This the type of stuff that piss me off with BoB’s. Like damn just wanted a treat.

I love Cupcakin Bake Shop! I first tried their cupcakes from the Colony Square location and when they opened in Buckhead, I had to support. I ordered a heart shaped vanilla cake with strawberries and cream for my Galentine’s Day event and pre-birthday celebration. My husband picked up the order and spoke highly about the location and friendly staff. All of the ladies at my event RAVED about the cake. We couldn’t get enough of the fresh tasting ingredients!
