Ive been visiting this location for well over a year with nothing but great service. That is until this morning. Walked in for coffee & sandwich. A few customers were waiting to order & some for pick-up. One gentleman stepped forward and asked cashier "how much longer on my sandwich" Cashier walks to kitchen and asks a guy if the orders for front counter were coming. He (Geo) comes up to pick-up counter yelling: "who asks you that? It's coming, they need to wait" Customer who asks then asks cashier "is he yelling at you or me" The gentleman, couple of other customers & myself are all upset that this was the response given when asked about orders that were PAID for!!! 😠😠😠 If you can't keep up with the demand of the breakfast customers inside & drive-thru; get another position/shift but don't come out yelling! Even after his rude disrespect for paying customers, this SOS had the nerve to throw the gentleman's order on the counter and say: "next time go somewhere else" WTH? Several customers asked for his name but the cashier seemed reluctant/scared to tell them. I stood there and waited for my order & heard the person working drive-thru address him as "Geo". Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. When I expressed my disappointment about my go-to donut not being available, Ashley quickly recommended a few other options based on my preferences. She patiently explained the flavors and textures, helping me make an informed decision.

Read moreI experienced a blatant racial incident at this Dunkin’ location, and it was both upsetting and unacceptable. I came in to buy two dozen donuts to celebrate Juneteenth and waited patiently without anyone acknowledging me. Then a white male customer walked in after me, and the staff immediately greeted him with “good morning” and started helping him first despite me clearly being there before him.
When I said, “Excuse me, I was here first,” one of the employees responded with a dismissive, “Ok, what do you want?” No apology, no explanation, just clear disrespect. When I pointed out that the treatment felt racially motivated, they denied it and claimed they “didn’t see me.” I still paid full price for my order and was offered no apology or attempt to make things right.
As a person of color, I was deeply hurt and shocked by how invisible and unwelcome I was made to feel. This happened on a day meant to honor freedom, dignity, and racial progress, which made it all the more upsetting.
