UPDATE: I AM LEAVING THIS REVIEW TO WARN FUTURE CUSTOMERS ABOUT PARKING ISSUES AHEAD OF TIME.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is okay with me! Brittany the manager helped this situation like a pro! She called the company which gave here the run around and she wasn't having it! She then called the owner of the dunkin donuts and HE handled it and covered the expenses to get the boot removed! THANK YOU ALL VERY VERY MUCH!!!
Lord behold 30 mins or so later I finally can put a face to the evil behind it all! This short Caucasian man came out with 2 of his workers to FINALLY take both boots of my car after all night i was texting this man and kept being a liar, scammer, manipulator and ultimatelya deceitful snake! It goes to show you can be saying everything that is correct, not cuss someone out and remain calm and THIS man won't care! Unless you are above him! He had to bow to the owner who employed his company but wouldn't bow to the fact your employees and you were wrong in the 1st place and to rectify the issue! Instead his greed/pride is what this BOOTING co. owners demons are! GOD SEES AND KNOWS ALL! GET YOUR SOUL/SPIRIT RIGHT! ---‐---------
BEFORE: THE OWNER OF BOOTING COMPANY IS A THIEF! I parked here and went inside to get my item. I was told by the workers of DUNKIN DONUT to put the receipt a in the window to show I'm a dunkin donut customer. So I did. I leave for not even 10 minutes and someone tells me there's a green sticker on my car. I think nothing of it because I'm not from here and I'm thinking it must be a warning from someone that didn't see the receipt in the window. No it's a boot. Not 1 but 2! P.s the sign in front of me says and I quote " Dunkin' Donuts parking only. Violators will be towed at owners expense". Then there's 2 spaces next to me that state the same exact thing plus 1 extra sign with the one mentioned that says and I quote "private parking. Vehicles illegally or improperly parked will be towed away at owners risk and expense" followed by the tow company info. The spaces next to me have 2 signs on one pole with both the signs and the the right of me the 1st sign I mentioned. Now, when I parked this is what I see and confirm with the establishment that I am fine and I'm cleared.
Here's the kicker! They have 6 parking spaces on my side and ALLLLLL 6 SPOTS APPARENTLY HAVE SOMETHING ELSE STATED! How would I know?! That's not clear for any customer! So apparently 2 spaces down there's a sign. Whose fault is that?! THE BOOTING OWNER IS A THIEF! I've gone back and fourth and the BOOTING COMPANY OWNER refuses to take responsibility for a paying customer not knowing because you have 6 different signs! It's a trick! He's a scammer! While I was here a group of girls were going to park here and I warned them and showed them the boot. They thanked me and parked elsewhere. I GLADLY WILL HELP ANYBODY ELSE NOT GIVE YOU A DIME!
I promise on God your booting business will NOT prosper treating PAYING customers like this! I could understand if I was trying to intentionally get by on parking but I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS IN FRONT OF ME AND BESIDE ME WHICH IS WHAT I can see! Who looks 2 more spaces down for a different sign! You sir are the devil taking pride in ruining people's day FOR MONEY!...
Read moreI've always noticed this location and just never tried it. I usually go to the dd near where i live. But one Saturday i decided hey I'll pick up something really quick as i head home. I download the app, chose my pick up for walk in (only option not available at 721pm was curbside btw), make my order, and pay. I go to the restaurant after i get a few groceries at target nearby and arrive at 751pm to an empty parking lot and lights off. They close at 9pm according to the app and google maps. There is no note stating maybe an emergency happened and they had to close early or anything. Also if you close early cut off mobile ordering seeing that people can't pick up any orders at least!!! I check the app the following Monday as i make a report to get my money back for my order i couldn't pick up due to them closing early and see now they have turned off all walk in orders all day. Lol what? Trying to cover their tracks. I reported this incident on 6/7/21 to dd and as of today 6/23/21 still no refund of any sort. They replied 6/11/21 saying it would be 2-3 business days LOL. Must be in start of the pandemic business days lol. But i will never go back to this location. I'm sure the workers took all those mobile orders and had a lovely free snack lol....

After taking the Marta train to Lindbergh and walking in the freezing cold to grab breakfast and check some emails, don’t get your hopes up here. The bathroom was “out of order” how convenient. Also; there are zero outlets to plug up or charge your devices. A basic perk of a coffee shop as popular as Dunkin. My actual coffee and breakfast sandwich was good and Hot. So no complaints there. But I was super uncomfortable the entire time I waited for my appointment because I specifically planned my day around being able to sit inside dunkin got 30 minutes and use the restroom while I grab breakfast. A basic ask for a restaurant that normally offers these options. I feel like restaurants in Atlanta have gotten lazy and complacent. To have not a single comfortable seat, not a single outlet, and not a single bathroom. It screams, “we take your money but we offer nothing in return.” But this is a recurring theme in this city so if y’all like this type of stuff then sure, happily go to...
