You have to know what you're getting into. If you do your research and aren't dissuaded, your expectations might be exceeded; otherwise you'll be disappointed if you base all of your expectations upon what you're given. Working for Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) is all about the government client, so know that if you aren't billable, you aren't staying, regardless of your skillset. Oh and the benefits on the BAH side, far outweigh the benefits on the government side, so you're on the Green side of the field there too. (Like how firm takes care of employees during furlough, healthcare, retirement, etc) 🙂

This building/location in particular is incredibly nice, with great views if you can book a window seat! Parking with this building is best with the attached garage, but is kind of a pain to access from the main road when the traffic is heavy (daily), but with this firm it's usually validated and the immediately surrounding area is very safe. The building is well maintained and there are quite a few other business and firms here so you can actually network quite a bit, just by taking a stroll (through the non-controlled access levels of course). Oh and the building gym is quite nice. For the BAH level, you pretty much "own" the 14th floor, so that's pretty neat and helps with consistency. Just remember, your client badge won't work for the main entry door, and your BAH badge is not a building badge (for gym access, late leaving, etc) you need a separate request form and fee provided by the main receptionist in the BAH space for that.

Best real life omen for this location though: the wait lines for the internal food service, is more of a reflection of poor planning on the part of the standees AND/OR lack of appropriate time (per traffic) for a lunch break, NOT because...
