UPDATE: I went back to this location a few times when I was not in a rush and today was one of those days. As I am leaving the manager and the kind woman who recently has been making my order comes out to meet me. He is so apologetic and shared that he has a new team and that he’s been trying for months to create a better service and experience. It made my day.
In a world where we’re all experiencing the pain of lack of talent it made me empathize with his struggles and his goal to run a reliable and consistent place of business. It’s a symptom of the larger issue which is a lack of workforce everywhere.
If you haven’t been in a while because of what I mentioned below, or because of your own experiences I urge you to give them a shot.
Hopefully your day will be made too. ☺️❤️
This spot is hit or miss. Sometimes I can pick up my mobile order just fine, other times I have to wait a few minutes extra (which has never been an issue till today).
Today I placed a mobile order and didn’t get there till 20 minutes after placing it because they never prepare mobile orders in a timely fashion and I figured out the “cadence”. Both doors are locked and the manager motions for me to go through the drive thru so I do. I HATE using the drive thru. I place a mobile order which asks me how I’d like to pick up my items ( drive thru or walk in) and I always select walk in to beat the line. This is not the first time the doors have been locked at this location.
Anywho, I pull in the line and I kid you not I was in line, with no more than 4-5 cars in-front of me for 30 MINUTES. So that mobile order has been sitting for 50 MINUTES.
I finally get my items and something just felt off. I always order my drinks with oat milk because I’m lactose intolerant and someone put whole milk in my order.
I am currently hugging my toilet because someone put dairy in my drink and have been nauseated and throwing up all day.
I love supporting local businesses. The folks inside have always been nice, if not timely but I cannot keep a smile on my face anymore. I will not be coming back...
Read moreProbably one of the best locations that we've been to in recent months. Beverages are freshly prepared and perfectly flavored to specifications. Especially my go-to, the sweet tea with blueberry shots. The donuts, unlike several of the other locations, seem to be fresher as well. Unlike those which are dry and you need the beverage just to swallow them down these seem to be much more moist-er... Yes I know that's not really a word but in respect to this particular Dunkin location they deserve a new word added to the dictionary. And another thing that makes this location Bar None above all the others the wonderful employees. One in particular the vivacious Roxi!! She always has a very pleasant attitude and a beautiful smile greets us every time! If I had it my way I'd hire Roxi to be my personal assistant because her energy is infectious! Dunkin would be doing themselves a favor by giving Roxi a raise and a managerial position. This location would only be propelled upward under her tutelage. Thank you Dunkin at 1250 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta, Ga for making my day several times a...
Read moreI placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app and arrived at this location at 8:30 PM for pickup—only to find the store completely closed. The hours listed on the app clearly said they were open until 9 PM. I’ve now messaged Dunkin’ corporate three separate times requesting a refund and have yet to hear back, and it’s been almost a month.
I even went back in person to speak with someone and was told to leave my number so the manager could follow up. No one ever called. The two men I spoke with were dismissive and informed me the store closes at 8 PM (despite what’s listed online) and claimed they couldn’t refund me for the order I never received.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location’s customer service, which is consistently poor. Just a heads-up—I'm fairly certain they also operate the location at 30 Moreland Ave, so keep that in mind.
It’s incredibly frustrating to not only be charged for something I never got, but then to be ignored when trying to resolve the issue. I expect better from a national chain...
