McDonald's — Restaurant in Atlanta

If only I could give negative stars... I ordered thru the app, checked into spot 5, waited 30 mins and even spoke to the person who answered the phone who said it would be out in a few minutes. I called back again and the phone was busy for the next 20 mins, so I proceeded to knock on both doors, which were locked, and was ignored. Noone brought out my food. I walked up to the drive thru window and asked how much longer I had to wait, only to receive attitude and a sarcastic remark on needing to go to the other door in order to grab my food myself. AND they were talking smack with the car at the window yelling at me that I should just do drive thru. And then I was given attitude inside and told to grab my food and go, which my order wasn't even complete. I replied that I will go when my order is complete and started reading off all the items in the order on my phone. No receipt was printed on the bag so they couldn't even compare it and I offered to show my phone as proof. Instead of verifying my items, they just gave me everything I read off and I left. Now at home over an hour later and all my food is cold. Yes they actually read the specifications of which items had no onions etc, but my food was sitting for so long during this ordeal it is actually disgusting right now. The drink and smoothie were fresh bc that's what they served while I read off my order. I live 3 minutes from this McDonald's and have never had such an issue. This was THE WORST experience I have ever had with any fast food location and will make a point to tell everyone I know including neighbors to never buy from this location either. I understand that you can't control being short staffed, but there is no reason to give attitude and hold curbside food orders until they are cold and disgusting. Take the option off the app if you can't handle curbside options, period. DO NOT order from here. They can't handle curbside and walk up is closed. This is the worst McD I have been to in the entire world. Sad bc it's the closest to my home, but I will continue to give my money to any other...

I went to this place to get food.and use the bathroom, so before I placed my order I go the restroom. When I get it the bathroom their is about 5 women in the bathroom one woman is washing her hair in the sink the others are standing around (one even sitting on the floor ugh gross). I ask was anyone waiting to use the stall they say no, so I proceed to go into one stall and was stop because someone was in it. Once I was able to get into a stall I went to wash my hands and the lady that was washing her hair in the sink moves to the side and then I try to dry my hands no paper towels and when I tried to use the dryer I couldn't because the lady that had just finished washing her hair was now.about to blow dry it with the dryer. I go to the front counter to get some napkins and tell them they were out of towels but first I let them know that I would have used the hand dryer but there was ladies in there hogging the bathroom like they were at home. So management says "Oh I hope that's not my lil friend." She goes in there and them that I was out front complaining about not being able to dry my hands, who comes to the McDonald to wash there hair. One of the ladies comes out and tries to confront me like why did you tell management that she was washing her hair, first of lady this is not a truck stop nor is this a gas station. Understand being homeless but there was the Adamsville recreation center that allows for homeless people to shower there. I left without getting food because at this point I felt management had put their paying patrons in jeopardy by allowing this to take place and the proceed to act like I was inconvenience the women in thw bathroom that were acting like they were at home. I will be calling corporate because they should not be allowing people to use the bathroom facilities in...

(8/3/21) Initially I went to the Cascade location because it’s closer to me. It was about 12:45am I pulled up to the drive thru and there were two cars in front of me and 2 behind me. When I finally got to the window lol the girl told me they weren’t taking orders anymore. I guess I don’t understand why she took the two orders before me and just randomly decided not to take the rest of ours.

(8/3/21 app. 1:00am) So I went to the MLK location. I was on my Ps & Qs this time so I ordered online. It was quick. The gentleman at the speaker was friendly and patient. The young lady at the 2nd window was sweet and hospitable. They were both young kids and I really applaud them both for being professional at a busy location whereas at the other location you get attitude and rushed at the speaker. Lol (A few days ago a young lady at the Cascade location asked me “are you tryna finesse me?” when THEIR system glitched and my paid order didn’t pop up on the screen…😒 why would I try to finesse someone out of a McDonald’s fish sandwich..times are hard but thank God not that hard)Anyway, my chicken sandwich was sooo good!
