McDonald's — Restaurant in Atlanta

So 2 things about this restaurant.

I went into this restaurant to sit down and have lunch with my family. The first problem was the fact that the workers refused to bring your tray to the table, which is the new standard at McDonalds. We ordered through the kiosk, received a table tent to only be called rudely back up to the counter to retrieve our food.

Then, secondly, we notice we needed napkins. So I go back to the cashier to retrieve napkins. The cashier is rudely talking to other customers and loudly curses in front of all the customers and children that were in the restaurant. When I get back to my table, my niece asks me, "Did she just curse?" Mind you we are sitting as towards the back of the restaurant, the farthest distance from the counter as possible.

Then today tops it off. I decided to order my food this time, through doordash. Well my dasher gets there and calls me saying they arent going to fulfill your order. I ask why. She says because they already gave it away. She then puts me on the phone with the cashier, who then says, "well we gave it away already." How is that possible when my app says my dasher is waiting for it. Also, you gave someone the wrong meal, so you decide not to fulfill mine correctly. The cashier then says, "Oh...he wants to argue" and walks away from the phone.

People....avoid this restaurant at allllll costs!!!! I will never patronize this restaurant again. I will also make sure any friends or family never patronize this restaurant. Worse service I've...

I always and I do mean always use mobile feature to place my order and I have never had an issue until today. I placed my order at 10:55pm , I waited 20 mins and then I went to the door to see what was going on. Dude act like he didn't see me but I kept my cool and stood out there for another 10 mins. It wasn't until someone he knew came to the window that I was actually able to let him know what was going on. I told the manager what I had, he said the order didn't come up on the screen( I have my phone in my hand looking at the order) I told him and he said he would bring it out waited another 15-20 mins and no food . I went thru drive thru. I showed him the email confirmation sent to my phone for him to tell me "he thought they brought my food out". At 12am after I placed my order at 10:55 I got my food 😒I did not get my strawberry creame pies or the grape Fanta I ordered. My thing is having to had Waited over an hour for food, I would think the order is correct and hot. The fries were old and the burger tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I was so over it after that and I was not going back to sit in line for another 20 mins to try and correct this. I never leave feedback but this was just unacceptable. Today, McDonalds definitely won and got My money. Smdh but rest assure this was my first and last time coming to this location. I placed a mobile order , I should not be complaining . And yes I do understand stores run out of things or don't have certain items. Let that reflect in...

I don't have a problem with the product but this morning was a doozy. Okay, it was busy and the drive thru was around the building. I came in because I thought it would be faster. It was full inside also. The first family I was Standing by kindly told me they were not in line. I proceed to the back of the substantial line and await my turn to order. The line goes by fairly fast and everyone else had placed their order. The drive thru is having a good run but the dinner had not on order served. The mother of the nice family walks to the counter awaits to be acknowledged and ask for her order. Apparently she had heard her number called. While she was waiting someone gave her order to a drive thru customer. That was it. Every time they called a number it was older than hers. As she complained, everybody seemed to be complaining. They had everyone's money but food was slow coming. I calmed down a few people and the manager was offering drinks and sweets to those who were waiting. I was calming the crowd so when my number was called I walked up to receive it. I repeat my number and the young man sarcastically repeated it back like I was his worst enemy. The place was busy and the manager said no one was taking a break until after the rush. He was ticked off about it and took it out on me. 😨 There were plenty of angry people waiting for their food. A attitude like that could cause a uproar right in the store. It's a good thing it...
