Classic Brow at Greenbrier Mall Review. Dear possible customer of Classic Brow salon,
Before patronizing this establishment here are 5 facts you need to know based on my experience (4.9.21):
1- they will not greet or acknowledge you upon entering the salon
2- they do not sanitize the chairs in between clients
3- they do not sanitize instruments in between clients
4- employees speak to each other in their native language during moments of your interaction with them (this behavior is uncomfortable and inappropriate) I don’t care what language one speaks-just don’t have a rumbustious conversation with your coworker in my face while rendering my service and completely ignoring me.
5- their customer engagement is poor and they are rude.
Needless to say I did not have any services rendered

Read moreI think the staff are unprofessional. They don’t acknowledge or make you feel valued as a customer. I think they provide a service they know the community will consume offering uncompetitive pricing and behavior that would be considered culturally inappropriate and not tolerated in some other community establishments. I think they take their customer base for granted. There are black vendors shops at Greenbriar who do an excellent job but don’t do threading or henna for the eyebrows.
