I think that never in my life had I felt so humiliated and discriminated against by anyone as did the staff of the premises: 35 Hamilton E Holmes Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30311 since on Saturday night 07/16 for personal reasons I do not have car for the moment but I queued as any customer in the car area from 9:10 pm to 9:30 pm so 20 minutes to finally get to the monitor and be served because they are slow to serve the clients that leaves much to be desired and the most ironic of all that almost all the staff was outside at the tables chilling on break and only 2 or 3 employees working inside the facilities in short, wait again for 5 to 10 more minutes in front of the monitor to give my order and until they finally attended me they told me that they did not accept orders from people on foot, are you serious? 1st I was going to pay for the food, it was not free 2nd I did not see any sign or advertisement that said that no people on foot 3rd they saw on the cameras that I was in line, even more they saw that I was in front of the monitor ready to order and no one approached to tell me anything they made me stand up all the time for nothing and they only tell me that they do not accept orders from people walking I really believe that the shame and humiliation, discrimination and ridicule that I experienced at that time from everyone around me does not have Could the explanation be that the staff there are racist since they made me go through that just because I was Latino? and not being able to defend myself or make a scandal like crazy and start arguing with them was going to get my food! Read moreI frequent Wendy's for breakfast all over Atlanta. This particular Wendy's is hit or miss in the morning. The manager is rather mean light skinned woman with braids. Very hot tempered and doesn't respond well with instructional orders. I have to request that my English Mcmuffin get toasted twice everytime because it isn't toasted...and every single she's there, there's continued sass. No matter what the request. Mind you this 7-8am in the morning and I'm a paying customer. This past Friday will be my last time going there. I posted 3 pictures of the molded dirty biscuit with what looked like a bite was taken out of that was given to me (with a smirk) on Friday morning. Instead of giving it to my daughter I documented and trashed it and stopped by McDonalds. This what we call "slick evil" where I'm from. Wendy's this manager should work in the afternoon, not the morning shift. She's not nice enough and seems to bring problems to work with her. Read moreI love wendy's but this location is sucks. I just said today gonna be my last time going there. Their drive through omg the slowest drive through i have ever seen. I went yesterday for a chicken grilled they gave me a double beef in a cover saying chicken. I had to drive for 3 miles back to the restaurant to get my order fixed. I went tonight after a long time of waiting on the drive through i order a grilled chicken with garden salad . They gave me a grilled checkin with fries. But i had to check on my food and i told her right away this is not my order. I had side salad . She was like oh yeah my bad , she turned to her coworker asking her can u please make the salad . She didn't answer her and walked away she brought me a different salad than what i order saying is this salad okay .
