Hi there! I just wanted to let you guys know I love your food as the vibe, Willy’s has always been my go to every since I moved to Georgia for the army.
But I wanted to tell you my friends and I had a very disturbing experience with the people who enforce your parking at this location.
We parked our cars in the Willy’s lot, walked around the block to bring another friend over, and then went into Willy’s.
We all ordered, drank margs, and hung out for a little over an hour.
When we finished, we went outside to find both our cars booted. I called the number to explain there must be some kind of mistake as we had just spent $125 in Willy’s and enjoyed ourselves inside for an hour.
The Parking employee or manager on the phone was simply irate. He practically yelled on the phone with me, making accusations that we had dined somewhere else and that we had tried to get one over on him.
I said I would be happy to show him the receipt, to which he responded that “neither the cops or god will help you” and that he had total control over the parking lot and I would simply have to pay.
He and I went round and round until he hung up on me, and he quite frankly seemed deranged. We were forced to pay $150 to unboot the cars at the restaurant we had just eaten at, all the while being berated by this maniacal parking lot attendant.
It was truly one of the strangest and most unpleasant encounters I’ve had. Just thought you guys should know the company running the parking enforcement is whack as heck.

Food was great! I wish I could say the same about the staff. We were greeted with rudeness and it basically continued throughout the entire ordering process. We were rushed to pick toppings/selections and spoken to in a condescending tone the entire time. Things were thrown into the burritos/bowls rather aggressively and she definitely made it seem like she had way better things to do. We had six families with us. Needless to say in total, I’m sure we spent upwards of $350 there. One family from our group didn’t speak English and their daughter was translating for them. Read moreStopped in over the weekend and was genuinely shocked by the service. Everyone was so professional, courteous, and attentive. I've never felt the need to complain before — the last few years have been incredibly difficult for our service industry friends between entitled customers and staff shortages. But the most recent team at this Willy's was so phenomenal, and the dining area was so much more noticeably clean, I figured we should take time to acknowledge the changes!
One staff member in particular made the experience really enjoyable. He was very sweet and I noticed he took his time with each customer making sure their orders received a special amount of attention-to-detail. I haven't had service like that in a long time — it was really nice! I'll have to get his name next time so we can properly shout him out.
