Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Atlanta

It all started when I tried to order my meal, and it seemed as if the young girl taking my order had to either be stoned, for incompetent! I had to repeat my order several times. Once I received my food the French fries I asked to be cooked well done 3 times where not!! When I went to get some ketchup notice that the condiments in the area were empty so I asked another worker named Michelle for some ketchup. I told her that there was no ketchup out there she said to me with attitude that they do not put ketchup out anymore. I said well every single Zaxby's I've ever been to has ketchup in this area. Say again proceeded to tell me that they don't put ketchup out but that's not my problem the problem is the attitude that the manager Michelle gave me was totally disrespectful. When I made comment to her about it and said that I would never eat in the store again she said she simply didn't care. I said that I would write a review and make note of my experience, I choose to spend my money in places where not only am I respected but appreciated that I am supporting the local economy and the people that work in this establishment. It's a shame that our youth and people in this country feel that they can give shity service and poor attitude and get away with it. So unfortunately I will choose not to eat at Zaxby's anymore simply because of Michelle. I hope others will...

You know, I really like Zaxby's food and I wanted to give the one on Roswell Rd a glowing review, but I really can't. I saw advertisements for the new Cajun club sandwich and just had to try one. I love blackened seasoning and I love bacon, what a combination! The first time I ordered one I was a bit surprised that it didn't taste at all spicy. The sandwich tasted very good but it was definitely not Cajun inspired. It had lettuce, tomato, bacon, mayo, and a big honkin piece of chicken. It was delicious, but not a bit if blackened seasoning was used in it's preparation. My first thought was that I ordered wrong. Maybe I just ordered the chicken club instead of the Cajun club. Oh well, no harm done, it tasted good. I went to the same Zaxby's three more times, always on a weekend and made sure I ordered exactly the way it was listed on their menu - Cajun club, and three more times I got a chicken club with no sign of blackened seasoning. Do these Zaxby's employees not know what blackened seasoning is or is it simply too much trouble to make? I should be giving them a 2 for screwing up 4 times on the same sandwich but that plain ole mayo laden chicken club sandwich was pretty good, just not spiced as advertised. The inside is clean. They have one of those Coke freestyle machines so you have a large selection of drinks.

I ordered the Wingz and Thingz. I got 5 traditional wings in garlic buffalo sauce, 3 tenders with spicy zaxby sauce, texas toast, fries, and a drink. I also ordered the funnel cake with caramel sauce.

The wings are amazing. I really like their sauces. I wish I could buy the sauces to take home. The chicken tenders are above average and the spicy zaxby sauce is also above average. The texas toast is good and the fries and really good. The funnel cake is inexpensive but it seems think and it falls apart. The caramel sauce tastes good but is extremely thick and is a problem to spread on the...
