"I recently visited Perc Coffee and tried their vanilla and lavender latte (Hot, without sugar) and a cinnamon donut. The latte was a definite highlight. The lavender flavor was subtle and pleasant, not at all overpowering, and it paired beautifully with the vanilla. The coffee itself was well-made, not too sweet, and the espresso was smooth. The price, I think was around $6, was reasonable for a specialty latte. Unfortunately, the cinnamon donut was a bit of a letdown. While the flavor was good, it was served cold, which significantly detracted from the experience (they couldn't warm it up). The texture was also dry, making it even less enjoyable. A warm, fresh donut with a moist texture would have been much better. I also can't recall the price, but it's worth noting that the coldness and dryness impacted my overall impression.
I particularly liked the minimalist decor. The location is great, next to club pilates, fresh market, etc. Despite the cold and dry donut, I would still recommend Perc primarily for their excellent lavender and vanilla latte. It's a great spot for a quiet coffee break, catching up with friends, or getting...
Read morePerc Coffee Shop made a fantastic first impression! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcome. It’s rare and refreshing to have a real conversation with the barista while they’re making your coffee. Our chat wasn’t just about coffee—it was about life experiences, which added such a personal touch to the visit.
The latte I had was absolutely perfect, with just the right balance of coffee and milk, and the flavor was spot on. The space itself is cozy, especially in the winter when the outdoor seating is closed, but for those who can brave the cold, there are chairs outside as well. Inside, it’s warm, inviting, and vibrant.
What stood out most? The amazing service, the positive energy, and the welcoming vibe of the people working there. While I didn’t try any of their food this time, the coffee alone is worth the visit. Plus, it’s a beautiful, colorful spot to work or take a break from home. Highly...
Read more===UPDATED REVIEW Aug '24=== Fairly limited coffee menu. Food is decent. After visiting some other great coffee places for a while with similar price points (The Postcard, Dancing Goats, Mend, Foxtail, Bloom Coffee), this place isn't really quite on the same level that would make it deserve 5 stars. It's not bad, but it's not amazing. I still believe the service is great & the atmosphere colorful yet ironically still bland.
ORIGINAL REVIEW - Summer '24=== I'm livingggg for this new location!
Coffee- I'm a longtime fan of their vanilla-lavender-habanero latte & they made it perfectly here, so consistency across locations is definitely there. Props to the barista!
Service- Super fast, friendly service. A welcome break from going to the nearby Starbucks.
Atmosphere - Very energetic colors in the interior & on the signage. (I feel like they could use some plants though... I feel like it's a little...
