Colin Carr was amazing, an extremely helpful, an even went above and beyond with his customer service even providing me with a cold water after I had to run to catch the bus that had no a/c to make it where I was going beforehand, he charged my phone for me as well, and even help with some cleaning, he was an excellent employee and even pitched me well on the fast charger, but sadly the price for chargers at the store are outrageous in general, but I was on a tight schedule and didn't have time to go to another store, especially since the dollar store a few doors down didn't have any charger boxes at all. He was extremely friendly too, my high rating was for him, he was a star employee and I hope his manager notices his achievements. For the store itself, idk if I'd buy a charger there ever again, 2 stars for the store, 5+...

I brought my Nintendo 3DS XL to the Tech Hospital in Atlantic Beach after the hinge broke. I had called several other repair shops first, but none of them were willing to take on the job—either because it was too tricky or the parts were too hard to find. Then I got in touch with Colin at Tech Hospital, and he was confident that he could repair my device.

I dropped off my 3DS, and within two weeks, it was good as new. The repair was done quickly, the price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. Colin even cleaned the screens before giving it back to me, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Great experience with Tech Hospital.. my mom, stepdad, and more of the fam, have altogether bought 7 refurbished computers from them, so far... We've been to several of the locations, the Atlantic Beach store is our favorite location! Collin and Sabrina are the ones to see! Our favorite! Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and make the experience a very pleasant one! We love the Apple Premium Refurbished computers, great prices and like brand new, and never had a problem with any of them! I will pass all the other stores, just to come see Collin and Sabrina! I highly recommend them! Great...
