Burger King — Restaurant in Atoka

I've consistently had issues with this location in particular over the past year.

The staff are usually rude, as if doing their job is an inconvenience to everybody else. I've had experiences of them trying to rush orders along which leads to the next problem.

The food is almost always wrong, to the point you'll receive another menu item for the price of the original item you wanted. I recently got a double whopper with bacon and cheese and all the toppings save for tomato. the ticket on both the receipt and the wrapper said as such. This meal cost almost 15 dollars total.

Instead I received a normal whopper with a single half piece of bacon, and what appears to be a scrap piece that is too short to consider as another piece for the upcharge of its addition. And then, only a pinch of lettuce, and a handful of onions.

This is essentially a SCAM, denying product to a customer who paid full price and received less than what was advertised. I've included photos.

I have never seen a place with such abysmal service and subpar standards stay so busy so frequently, but considering how awful the other fast food places are in Atoka, I guess beggers can't be choosers.

I had the most horrible experience here and I highly doubt I will be going back anytime soon, if ever. Ordered in the app and made to wait an hour for my food. There were no customers in line in the store when I arrived there were however a few cars in the Drive-Thru. After about 20 minutes of waiting I approached the counter and asked somebody checked my order AGAIN and I believed was beginning to make it however that was not the case. Another 15 minutes or so passes and irie approached the counter just to have the man or male cuz he wasn't a man back there be so rude it was ridiculous you don't tell me there's people in front of me when you're feeling drive-through orders of cars that are just pulling up and I've had an app order at this point for well over 30 minutes. So I sit and wait and I finally approached the counter again and ask how long it's going to be and they tell me another 10 minutes and I told them hell no it will not... I want my money back how do I do it thru the app. Of course they didn't know and was trying to figure it out when my food was put on the counter. It was NOT fresh or hot!! I didn't get marinara with my cheese sticks or ketchup for fries. Yes I was ugly yes I did cuss no I am not ashamed because after an hour and rude employees you're going to get...

I usually never have an issue here but for some reason today I guess the lady taking orders wasn't doing so well refused to provide my receipt when I pulled out of the way because I was already paid for waiting 15-20 minutes on just a burger and fries the lady then gets smart with me as I'm in my car and snaps and says "who told you to pull up" with such a rude tone and I told her I was just moving to let the person behind me be taken care of as yet again I've been waiting as she responds in a snappy tone "well don't do that unless you're told" very rudely and still didn't give me a receipt in my bag I never got her name she didn't have a tag on which I can tell when all I know is she's a sorta red haired younger lady with glasses working drive through horrible service horrible attitude and my hash browns were burnt and the croissant'which' I got was all nasty and cold in the middle not only rude service but a...
