I love Papa John's and in college, I worked for Papa John's. It's one of my favorite pizzas. This location is absolutely the most dysfunctional. DoorDashing in the Memphis area, is by far the worst in the market. The manager seems more confused than the young employees most of the time, orders are usually wrong and wait times can be triple what's quoted, upwards to 90 minutes. Food Service is tough right now, but locations in Bartlett and Cordova are 4/5 compared to this constant TRAINWRECK. They are always behind or sending out wrong orders. I've arrived, been able to walk to Kroger, grocery shop, and come back and my order still not be ready. The manager blames staffing (even on slow days... My last order was the last straw my order was completely burned. I called and spoke with the manager who didn't offer a refund for food that wasn't edible. I was offered to have them remake it but given my experience i rather have my money back. This is a repeat experience of burned food over a hour wait after placing the order online. And was told they would make the order fresh when the Door Dash delivery person showed up. After the order was over an hour late, I called to cancel my order, and was told by the young lady that she couldnāt cancel and that the manager would have todo this. Was never offered a discount or a free pizza the next time. Both employees I spoke with were rude and I can guaranty that I will not be ordering from PJ's Atoka again.
