TLDR; I won't be back
This had been one of my go-to take out spots for years but my recent experience completely soured me to this restaurant. I had ordered delivery for my family including a burger for myself.
The fries tasted slightly off but I had attributed it to me being sensitive since they were a little soggy and I dont like that... At least until I took a bite into the burger which tasted of nothing but char and chemicals. I immediate spit it out and when my dad asked me what was wrong, I told him something was very wrong with my burger. Despite my warning, he also tried a small bite and immediately began gagging.
I called up the store and explained what happened to the person who picked up and they put me on with a manager. After I reexplained and said that I dont know if it was just cooked on a part of the grill that was not fully cleaned off or something, he became immediately defensive and said he knows his staff cleans the grill regularly and correctly and no one else was complaining about their food but me.
Frustrated, I asked for a refund, which he told me wasnt possible because the order was already processed so I would need to come in and bring the food if I wanted a refund. When I explained to him that I was disabled and not able to drive currently, I was told that I would just need to accept a store credit under my name, was given his name, and told to just mention it for a comped burger or would need to figure out a way to get over there.
The next day, after thinking it over, I decided to call back and ask if I could come by for the refund after finding a ride as I didn't plan on going back, only to be told by the employee who picked up, he saw no note for a credit by the manager therefore they couldn't give me a new burger or a refund either.
Completely awful treatment, absolutely dismissive, utterly disappointing when I had always found their staff and service kind and accommodating previously.

If it was simply an issue of how your POS system works with online orders that I needed to be there, I could understand that. I get that things like that can be outside a business' control.
However, I don't even know if that is even the case because that wasn't explained and all this was handled so poorly. I was treated like this by a member of your management team over being given inedible food and attempting to warn them of a possible issue. There wasnt even a proper follow through to make it right at the time it happened. I shouldn't have to leave a review like this to get an issue like this resolved.
I am, at this point, utterly disinterested in a refund and do not want to speak with anyone there further....
Read morePut in for a 430 pickup. I get there and this is the THIRD time I've walked in and no one has said anything. The workers act like you don't exist. The Brazilian guy at the counter saw me I said HI. He ignored me and was having a conversation with the delivery girl. They were laughing and I stood there maybe 5 minutes. The guy was very rude and told me he didn't have my name on the order. Then said oh its not read its 445 not 430. ( My order was sitting on the shelf with my name on it) I asked if he wouldn't mind looking if that was it and he said NO. He said we don't have your order. The guy needs an attitude check. I gave 2 stars because I met the owner a few years ago when I moved here. Ma'am, that guy should not be working customer service. He is rude and argumentative for no reason. I will not be ordering from your establishment again unfortunately. Neither will my work. I want to be greeted and acknowledged not blown off and barked at for asking a question. When I came back in he says oh its right here and picked my order the same order off of the shelf. ( Which said pickup time 430:)) oh and I have the receipt...
Read moreI never do reviews, ever. But this restaurant was such a great experience it made me want to tell everyone. I went into the store on Thursday and they were SO busy..I called ahead and spoke to a woman who let me take my time and answered all my questions, never being a customer before I had a lot lol and she was so kind, I believe her name was Monica? When I arrived my pizza was almost done ( I arrived a few mins early) and I got a Oreo cake to bring home. The pizza was cooked great, was not greasy and the toppings were just the right portion. I’ve gotten a lot of pizzas locally and they would be skimpy on everything, nope not this place. The guy in the back, tall guy with glasses brought me my pizza at the counter and he told me to have a nice day, loved the relaxed friendly environment they have! It seems family run which I LOVE. I’m a huge supporter of local/ small businesses and i will definitely be going again! I think one of my favorite things is all of there little touches, cute Christmas decor, a nice tv and the small talk the manager Monica engages me with while I waited. Would give ten...
