This Five Guys seemed like they only had two guys. The burger wasn't what I expected, maybe due to understaffed. Our order almost twenty minutes for us to get it and they definitely weren't crowded. I'd say there might have been seven patrons including ourselves. So even though we went there for our lunch break it's fair to say we had lunch just no break. If they were busy I could understand that wasn't the case though. For a burger, fries, and a drink for two of us was basically thirty dollars. The burger wasn't anything like the menu described and the fries were cold, to top it off the drink dispenser was so dirty I said no thank you even though I paid for them. I'm giving them a three star rating for the franchise name but this Five Guys was dirty, slow and definitely the description on the menu was not what I received. I really wanted to speak with the management was told to hang on and as ten minutes went by I asked another server and was asked if I could wait a minute because he was on a call. Never heard such a thing, I told her that I had to get back to work and then was asked if I could come back of course no I can't come back after work I have to go home after a hard days work not come back to a fast food shop because I don't feel as I received a quality meal that I paid for. I think maybe they feel so comfortable at work to the point when you walk in you can sense they are not in their customer service era just comfort. Comfortable to show up and do and behave any way they want. Very sassy no smile no kindness. Just not polite. Maybe it’s that I look young but I’m sure she’s in her twenties I could be her mother haha. And I don’t do well in those situations you’ll be met with the same energy you give me when I approach you. As far as the burger. The location more north is better. I really really hated the attitude I received today from Mayra. If she was kind and smiled everything could have gone differently and then to gossip with the heavy set guy that I believe Is the manager about me was an actual joke. Read moreVery unpleasant experience with the curbside pick up. In response to covid-19, most of fast food chains offer a curbside pick up for your order. With an infant, it always has been a challenge to pick up food and I was only able to order from places offering curbside pick up where they bring out the order to your car.
Five guys has been my favorite place for years but my experience today was very disappointing. When I arrived at the parking lot, I called 8 times until I could finally talked to someone. She said I had to come into the store to pick up the order... the website clearly stated that the staff will bring out your order TO YOUR CAR. I wasn’t prepared to go inside, no mask/covering and an infant sleeping in the backseat..
One of the staff finally brought the order to my car after 15min of waiting. The curbside pick up was advertised falsely on internet and hopefully it gets corrected without any misleading information.
