So I was going here once a weeks since this brached opened but I slowed down do to there speed very slow nice and friendly but slow and then the last 2 times I have gone they have screwed up the orders in similar fashion and that's with me stopping the girl multiple times during the ordering process no I said... so I get my order and speed wasn't to bad on that day and time sunday morning (also sunday morning johnny cash excellent tune )for me others seemed to have waited awhile also going up to correct mistakes made to there orders forgotten items it seemed anyway I get my food I check o wait where is my cream cheese on the side go up no problem sorry sir here you go well I get home and wifes sandwich was correct the I think hmmmm why are all the bagles wrapped I specifically stopped the cashier multiple times to correct her ( I want 1 online bagle as is not tosted or cut cream cheese on the side) hence why I went up the first time then I pull an other bagle also cut so my bagles for work in the morning will be stale I said fine I deal the thi morning I open the bag to toast a bagle and well I know why they didn't give me my cream cheese it was already on a cut untrusted bagle at the bottom of the bag maybe I should have checked with proper service I shouldn't its a shame your bagle good but the service is to be desired which is a shame there nice but need to pay attention and listen tge girl was trying type my order before I finished putting what she thought I'd say that's kids today though stop take your time and listen well try at your own risk

I stop at the Attleboro location about once a week. Every time I order, there is a problem with the order. I get the same thing every time. Everything bagel toasted, chive cream cheese on the side.
I now have to specify light toasted, otherwise it is burnt. Half the time they put the cream cheese on the bagel and by the time i get to work it is melted.
Today was the worst. I was the only one in line. The told me to pull around. I sat at the window for 5 minutes and then they asked me what I ordered. I had to repeat it again. There were 4 people chatting and laughing and watching my order be made. Then they asked again if I wanted cream cheese on it or on the side. I repeated chive on the side. They handed my my bag without acknowledgement and I checked it. It was plain cream cheese. For a $5 bagel, I should get what I want. I tried to get the girls attention and another minute later, I told her I asked for chive cream cheese She rolled her eyes and went back to the other girl. She handed me the new cup without saying anything. I sat there for a moment and said "no thank you or you're welcome or I'm sorry?" She just stared at me until I drove away.
Now, if they don't want to work breakfast shift, by all means find something else to do with your day. I stopped ordering bagel sandwiches because they are always ice cold and it is not worth the money. I honestly only stop here because it is convenient on my way to work. I guess I will have to wake up earlier to patronize a place who respects customers business.

A consistent issue I have between all of the locations but most recently with this location is getting orders wrong. If you are going to have drive thrus and $15+ sandwiches the quality assurance and oversight has to be top notch. Pay your people more, give them free coffee, invest in better training, I don't know. Its baffling how such a fancy looking chain can be so consistently mediocre.
What I do know by the fact that PB's are popping up like Starbucks and the prices on the board that this is a business that is making hand over fist profits. What I get frequently (especially at peak times) are orders missing ingredients that were extra money, assembled messily or poorly, half toasted bagels, etc. I'm tired of either having to go back inside and wait in line to bring attention to an oversight or get all the way home and find something missing. The money looks like its going to spacious buildings with cladded stone interiors and nice lighting, not training and employee compensation. It shows in your product. You guys cant be charging artisan prices for McDonalds quality. Do better, do better, do better. We won't be back, improve for the sake of...
