Update--i went to this store a few months ago because I wanted to purchase a new phone. They were somewhat busy. It took 15 minutes to have someone ask me what I was there for. The previous sharp, professional and extremely knowledgeable guys weren't around, which was disappointing. So, unfortunately, I downgraded my review a bit. I ended up shopping elsewhere.
I can't say enough good things about this branch. I have been there twice--once because I inadvertently turned off auto pay and my account didn't roll over and another time due to issues following identity theft. They were very helpful and professional. They had a very difficult customer in there and dealt with this person kindly and professionally. This store is an absolute disaster. The employees here are liars who will say whatever it takes to make a sale, and once you sign up, they completely change the story. I confirmed everything before coming in, and when I showed up, it was one lie after another.
Michael C and AJ were the worst — rude, unprofessional, and completely dishonest. They don’t care about customers at all, only about numbers. When I tried to hold them accountable, they brushed it off like it didn’t matter.
I’ve already filed a formal complaint with AT&T corporate about this location because what they’re doing is unacceptable. It’s sad that a major company allows people like this to represent their brand.

The only employee working at the time, Adrian maintained a friendly and professional attitude while greeting and helping several customers at one time. (The store was busy!) He was attentive, making me feel like a valued customer, yet he strategically moved back and forth between customers. As more people entered the store, he didn’t become flustered, but maintained a friendly and helpful attitude. In less than 40 minutes, I got a new phone for my son and traded in my phone for an upgrade.
