Park Street Pizza — Restaurant in Attleboro

3 times they have lost our online order. Not one discount or apology. The last time we ordered at 7 PM. Called at 8pm - they said they were extremely busy but the order should arrive anytime. Again we called, 9 PM- 2 hours after the order was placed. I talked to a nice young man who said the order should be there anytime. At this point I was so annoyed I asked to speak to a manger. The owner got on the phone and said I'm sorry we never received the order!! He said you can order again, right now. I told him we would like it for free and how ridiculous this was. He kept saying - we never placed the order and we wouldn't get a discount. No - "I'm so sorry miss let me help you" or anything. He told me he would check the system and call us back. Guess what we never got?!? A call back! How do you run a business like this?? Unbelievable. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Anyone know of a good pizza joint in the...

First time-last time. I do have to say though that they did have good pizza. However hamburger was extremely overcooked. My biggest issue is that it was filthy & seriously made me concerned. First walked in to all ceiling tiles badly stained with big water spots. One ceiling tile missing from above where food was prepared... that got me looking more. Floors, ladies bathroom, window blinds, walls and high chair was filthy with black dirt as if the place had not had a good cleaning in a very long while. I dont care how understaffed you are...your customers deserve and are entitled to a clean eatery!! Care enough to try..I was very upset n if we wernt starving n I ha noticed everything b4 we ordered..we would have left. Like i said..pizza was very good. Burger way over cooked. CLEAN THE PLACE UP!!! You may never know if u order...

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this place. I’m not upset... sometimes you get a good experience and sometimes not. The food here I can honestly say was awful. The BLT (which I asked for extra bacon and to have the bacon burned) came with normal amount of bacon and the bacon was so undercooked parry’s of it were raw.

The pizza we ordered was worse than the blt. This has half cheese and half bacon. Asked for the pizza to be cooked extremely well done/almost burned. The pizza was honest to good top 5 worst I’ve ever eaten.

It is worth noting that after calling them they did offer to give us a discount on the next order. It was very nice of them however I will never order from here again.

$40.00 total cost/tip included. For a complete waste of a meal. Both items are in our trash...
